+ -1 moreThis company is awful! i would give NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I called for a quote for services and after they finally came out while I was working they just fixed the problem in the sewer out front. Then they demanded I pay them for fixing something I didn’t want them to fix. I had multiple other companies coming out for quotes yet these men felt entitled to just do what they wanted. This was in the street out front of my house and not inside my home. Then they claim it was emergency services when it’s an issue I’ve had for years and was never an emergency! A bunch of liars that scam people!!
Description of Work: I wanted a quote done and this awful company just did whatever they wanted when they showed up then demanded I pay for it!!!

Description of Work: Replaced outside hose fuacet after I broke it off.

+ -1 moreAfter doing out plumbing in 1971 when we built our house, we depend on personalized service from Bartman. Every 25 years or so we give them a call. Quality submersible pumps pumps last 25 years, even when abused occasionally. Out first two lasted that long, even after we pumped one dry by emptying the well by accident (those watering timers that run off water flow are not reliable). So now we have a pump that will last us until we die, and a new supply pipe from the well. The steel pipe lasted over 45 years.
Description of Work: Submersible deep well pump needed replacing and water was occasionally brown. The guys stopped by to see if anything else needed to be done and said that they would be back after finishing with one quick job in the morning. (We didn't want to get up early.) They arrived the next day with a pump and PVC pipe. It pumped well, but water was seeping up from the well supply pipe; that was where the brown water was coming from. That necessitated digging up the supply pipe and electrical line and replacing those. I asked the men if they had another job that afternoon... but they always have other jobs lined up. I just hope we didn't mess up their schedule too much. Junior Bartman (their Dad) did our plumbing when we built out house in 1971; we'd like them to be around another 45 years. When you have found a plumber whom you trust you want to stick with them.
