Called Joe and he came the same day for an estimate on a liner and cleaning. Gave him the ok and he got started that night, in doing so found the blockage was because the chimney had completely collapsed. Him and his crew came back the next day and unclogged and resealed the chimney. Everything was done very timely and professional

Chimney Joe is wonderful.I needed the crack in the back wall of my fireplace repaired and Joe came out (after I’d talked to several chimney services ;of which I didn’t like),and told me what was wrong and what I needed to do . He is honest, straight forward , and quick.We ordered new panels for the walls of the fireplace Joe installed them in 45 minutes and we were back in business that evening. Joe Piazza took my call at 11:30 AM today and was at our door within the hour! He began work on our 100-year-old, 3-story chimney on the spot. His thorough inspection (from inside and outside) revealed that we had not only lost both chimney caps, but had a severe breakdown of the old, internal terra cotta tiles. He suctioned out the debris, then took a photo upwards to show how badly they had deteriorated. (When we bought this fix-up house we were told that re-sleeving was not needed because we were converting to a gas fireplace.) Joe explained that now, it was necessary to prevent further breakdown & dangerous carbon monoxide buildup. Thank God he came! He ordered a sleeve insert, and we'll be all safely repaired with a full warranty in a few days! And reasonably priced too! Joe, you are a blessing!

Joe was great! Very professional and didn't hesitate to show or explain things to me. He didn't mind wearing shoe covers & he came on time, wearing a mask (greatly appreciated).
