Everything went perfect, from sales to installation.

They just finished our front door about 2 weeks ago. Prior to that, they installed 3 storm doors. They were excellent.

Everything went very well. They were efficient and installation seemed to go well. The only negative is that the door is VERY heavy. I understand it's a security storm door, but it is heavy to the point that the clip that holds the door open bent out of shape very quickly. We have adjusted the closer to the door with minimal results as well. Just to have someone out requires a hefty service fee plus the cost of any replacement parts. Had I known general wear and tear would cost so much, I would have used another provider. On the bright side, the door looks very great.

I had a 9:00 am appointment with Matt and got a call at 9:10 saying he'd be 45 to 50 more minutes. Yeah, no thanks, I've got to go to work. He then said that he could measure the windows without me even being there and asked me a few questions about what I was interested in and the location of the windows. And also told me that he'd give me a huge discount because of the lateness. I said that I was looking to buy the least expensive windows possible. Two days later I hadn't heard from him, but Guida contacted me to see how it went. I told them it went poorly and they said that someone else would contact me and that I would receive a big discount. An hour later I received an email from Matt with an estimate for $1,800 for the living room window! The guys shows up an hour late and measures the wrong windows!! Nobody else has contacted me either.

Their salesperson came home and gave me a speech of half an hour about the Guida family but in the end offered a price "after discount" of almost 40% more than another highly rated company asked for EXACTLY the same product and service. I pointed out that to them by email but received no response. I chose the other company obviously and they did a great job. A highly decorated company judging from the Angie List reviews, just watch out the prices !

Great! Their rep, Matt, was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The installation team arrived ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Love the new door.

Excellent install. Mike did an amazing job, and doors like great. Little mess (and it was cleaned up at the end and throughout). Very friendly, and professional. Doors look great!

On April 18th, 2017, I wrote a review about our new windows and the amazing work done over a two-day span with the installation of 16 windows. In the review, I did mention a few difficulties we were having with a few windows. Within 48 hours we received a call from Guida customer services that arranged an appointment for a service technician to come out to the house. The technician arrived on time, checked the windows with the issues, and after making a few adjustments the windows were working perfectly. The technician then examine all the remaining windows making certain they were all in working order, even gave us a quick tutorial on certain adjustments for future reference. We are extremely pleased with the windows and the quick response provided by Guida Windows.

I watched IAN and his partner install SIXTEEN new windows on day ONE and do the SIDING on all SIXTEEN windows on day TWO in total amazement!!!! The windows are beautiful with dramatic noise reduction and easy to clean as well as giving the house a new look. We are currently experiencing some difficulty with the locking mechanism on a few windows. Not sure if this is due to outside temperature fluctuation or something else?

excellent! The sales process was great. They were very nice. Beautiful showroom with lots of product to see. Very knowledgeable, great price, they make the doors there. Someone came and measured. A second person came to double check the measurements. Doors were made and delivered and installed when promised. Installer was great and very thorough and worked non-stop to finish in one day. Beautiful doors and beautiful hardware. Very pleased and would recommend. Great quality.

Second time using Guida, and an outstanding experience again. Odd sized doors are a perfect fit and so impressive that I've run out of business cards to give neighbors.

It went GREAT. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, the crew that installed the windows were careful with our home. The installer even called and talked to me a couple times to answer any questions I had before the installation. I couldn't be happier with this company. I chose them because I felt they have a superior product and the customer service has been EXCELLENT!! We plan on using them to replace some doors in our home.

The whole process went great. Guida's salesperson came out and measured our existing door and showed us their doors and storm door selection. We got estimates from three different companies, and we chose Guida because we got the best feeling from the salesperson. He was very helpful and responsive. They came out to install the door and storm door in late December, right about the time that they estimated that the doors would be ready. In one day, they removed the old door and installed the new door and storm door. There was a minor problem with the alignment of the door. It was just very slightly off. Guida was very helpful and responsive, and a technician came out twice to slightly adjust the door. The second time, it was perfect, and it's been fine ever since. We felt that they wanted to make sure it was done correctly, and that we were satisfied. All around, it was a very good, very professional, and quality experience with their products and services.

The project was not an easy one due to the age and condition of the wooden door framework. But the project was completed to my complete satisfaction.

Bought a front-door entry system, as well as two storm doors for my back doors. I got three estimates, and Guida’s 40%-off summer sale ultimately clinched the deal. The entire Guida “experience” was positive from start to finish. The salesman was good (I had done my research and knew in advance what I wanted, but he helped flesh out all of the details). The guy who took the measurements came when he was supposed to, as did the installers. These are quality doors—I mean, really nice—and are a much-needed improvement over the 45-year-old doors they replaced. The one complaint I have is that the installers had to remove the interior frame on the front door to install the new front-door entry system (which I knew in advance), but when they reconstructed the frame the top left-hand corner didn’t mesh. I had to put some wood putty on it and carefully shape it to eliminate that flaw. But all in all, this project was money well-spent, and I give Guida a thumbs up. Note: without the 40% discount, they would’ve been just a shade below the highest of the three estimates I got. That said, you get what you pay for, and I’d still recommend them even at full-price.

We needed custom made doors for our house because it's a 100+ Victorian with odd sized doors. We have wooden French double doors as our main entrance that did nothing to stop air coming through. We walked into Guida with the intention of getting entirely new doors. While we were there, we discovered that was not going to be a viable option and we were presented with the idea of getting storm doors to keep the air out in the winter and let the breeze in during the summer. In our daughters' room, there was a screen door and a wooden door that leads out to a small porch. For the last 2 years, it had been completely sealed and winterized to keep the cold air out and to prevent my daughter from opening it. Also, there is only one window in her room, so it would often get stuffy. We ordered a new exterior door with an operable window in it. Not going to lie, the French style double storm doors and the exterior door with the window were expensive!!! BUT...they had to be custom made to the right size, the quality is AMAZING (so much better than anything from a big box store), and the service was outstanding. Would highly recommend Guida to anyone and will definitely go back for future needs.

Professional throughout the process. Sales guy knew his stuff. Installers got everything done in one day. No issues with the doors since.

What a disappointment. I contacted them based on their terrific reviews out here on Angie's List. Set an apt for 4PM on a Thursday. Let work early to get home. 4PM comes and goes. At 4:15 the phone rings and a gentleman states he's running late and finishing up at his last call. He's about 40 minutes away. Are you kidding me? First, things happen. I get it. But this wasn't an installation, it was a sales person. How do sales calls run that long off of schedule? Second, even if that's the case....don't you know at about 3PM that there's no way you're going to make it to my place by 4PM? So why not call then so I don't leave the office. I'm then promised they'll call back to reschedule. That was 6 days ago...no call. Really saddened by this poor experience. Given this kind of issue with a sales call I wouldn't trust them to do the work anyway.

It all went so smoothly. They were prompt in responding to our initial request, were early for all our appointments, and were very transparent about cost and timeline to completion. I trust the quality and service that Guida provides and will definitely use them again.

The installers were very professional, and knew what they were doing. The installation was quick, and the installers answered any questions we had. The door is well made and looks beautiful. Quality work all around.

Fabulous! When they came to install it, the technician realized he didn't have the right color of filler and he wouldn't install it. He was right, it would not have looked good. instead, he arranged another time where he could come back with the proper color. He did, and it looks fantastic.

The sales person was personable, knowledgable and courteous. He made us feel really comfortable with making such a big purchase. He gave a thorough explanation of all the components of the door. The installers were professional and did an amazing job. A new front door is a commitment, and this particular entryway needed a door for a long time. I shopped around and met with many contractors about installing a door. I didn't feel comfortable about buying a new front door until I met with the Guida Team. I am so grateful for this company and their great integrity and outstanding service. Bravo, Guida! I will talk about you to all of my friends who need doors!

They were great from the initial consultation. The guys were very conscientious and cleaned up all debris and all work was done very well
