The job was done quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction.

A representative came to the house and described in detail how the generator would work and the nature of the work to be performed. On the day of the installation the installers arrived promptly. They were courteous and considerate and clearly told us what they were about to do and what we needed to be aware of. They were very professional and neat and did a thorough and outstanding job.

Called and made appointment describing what I needed and was given estimates (new outlet on old circut $150-$200; kitchen fixtures - too ill defined, needed to check and promised est on site; garage rewiring, $200). Two technicians arrived "on the dot", were very polite, professional. Completed bedroom job in about 40 min - cost was $165. Checked kitchen fixtures and diagnosed - faulty sockets. They replaced halogen bulbs and "fixed sockets" now works fine (had not been in use for years. Charged for bulbs only. Garage was same story: excellent, professional, quick. They cleaned up after themselves, gave me bill, called in credit card charge and left. I had put these things off for a long time fearing expense, but should not have. I was relieved - it wasn't nearly as expensive, and these people I could trust completely.

Very professional service. Two workers were here about 1.5 hours and worked quickly, quietly and professionally. They cleaned up the messes they made, which was appreciated. This is the second electrician we've had in our house in 7 years and I felt in much better hands this time as I overheard the lead technician talking through what he was doing and checking for as they moved through the house. I originally called just about the bathroom shock from the light fixture and the nonworking disposal, but asked the guys to check into a couple other things while they were here and they did that willingly. I was concerned about some older wiring in a couple of our light fixtures, which they checked and recommended we replace, but said it wasn't a safety issue, so we will schedule for another time. I particularly liked the response of the lead electrician when I asked whether it was safe in the meantime and he said, "I wouldn't be leaving if I thought you were unsafe here." Everything is working perfectly now. We will definitely use them again.

Interesting, and very helpful because Scott (the owner) DIDN'T try to sell me anything in his analysis - estimate; recommended not upgrading any further (it's a newer house and was apparently already 200 amp, and in his opinion more than sufficient for my current needs). Went into considerable detail and pointed towards a local energy location situation (not my house) that seemed to be the problem (local development construction draining away the power, nothing to do with my actual residence). The evaluation was thorough, but on his time and no charge.

I was very impressed with Advanced Electric Services Group from the moment I received the estimate. Scott Vance was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions as to how I could actually improve the lighting in our finished basement. Rather than just replacing the six pre-existing lights he suggested an increase in the number of lights arranged in such a way that the room would be more fully lit. I followed his advice and he was right. It looks great! I am very pleased. Also, his bid for the work on just replacing the six pre-existing lights was lower than two other bids I received. The workmen were prompt, consulted with me about several issues that came up, and kept our house clean. Overall a great experience!

They were good. They are insured. The work was about 3 years ago and we still haven't had any problems.

They do really good work and they are definitely skilled. The technician was a very nice guy and work is done very well. The only problem that I had is that is takes quite awhile for them to get you scheduled in.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY HAD INITIALLY SCHEDULED TWO DAYS FOR THE WORK BUT IT ENDED UP TAKING THREE. BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE WERE TWO WEEKS BETWEEN WHEN THEY STARTED AND FINISHED THE JOB. SCOTT DID REARRANGE SOME OF THEIR JOBS TO TRY TO SCHEDULE THE JOB COMPLETION AS SOON AS HE COULD. THE GUYS WHO DID THE WORK WERE ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS.

WHILE I WAS COMPARING ELECTRICIANS, SCOTT STOOD OUT BECAUSE HE GAVE ME ADVICE (FOR EXAMPLE, HELPING ME DECIDE SIZE OF FAN TO BUY) AND HIS PRICING WAS CLEAR AND SEEMED IN LINE. THE TWO MAN CREW (MIKE AND JOE) ARRIVED 30 MINUTES EARLY AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY TO HOOK UP THE POWER TO THE ATTIC FANS. I WAS LESS PLEASED WITH THE WORK ON THE MOTION DETECTOR LIGHTS. FIRST, THE MEN WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL AS WE WORKED WITH THEM TO TARGET THE MOTION DETECTOR LIGHTS. FORTUNATELY, THE LIGHTS ENDED UP WELL-TARGETED, BUT I THINK THAT WAS MORE LUCK THAN ANY INSIGHT THESE GUYS HAD. THE SECOND CONCERN I HAD WAS THE EFFICIENCY OF THE MEN'S WORK ON THE LIGHTS. THEY ONLY BROUGHT ONE LADDER, YET I WAS PAYING FOR TWO MEN AND ONLY ONE GUY AT A TIME COULD WORK ON THE LIGHTS. FORTUNATELY, WHEN I CALLED SCOTT LATER THAT DAY HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT. WHEN I GOT MY BILL HE HAD CHARGED ME ONLY A LITTLE MORE THAN IF ONE GUY HAD WORKED ON THE WHOLE JOB, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS FAIR.

PROMPT PROFESSIONAL, SHARED GOOD ADVICE WHICH WAS APPRECIATED, DID EXCELLENT WORK.

THEY'RE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY'RE WORTH IT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHETHER THEY'LL CALL BACK, WHETHER THEY'LL SHOW, WHETHER THEY'LL BE ON TIME. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, DO GREAT WORK AND GREAT TO WORK WITH - - VERY PROFESSIONAL ALL OF THE TIME. CHRIS WAS OUR TECHNICIAN AND HE'S SUPERB, BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE, HAVING DEALT WITH THE OWNER, THAT ANY OF THE OTHER TECHNICIANS WOULD NOT BE. THIS IS WHAT A COMPANY SHOULD BE WHEN YOU HIRE THEM.
