Description of Work: I was screwed. I had a builder build my home and hire a rookie to do the exterior. Nothing against Bosnians, but I'm not sure the schooling they have regarding BOCA. After a year, the synthetic finish of my house began to buckle. My house became unable to put the market. After suing the builder, who filed bankruptcy, I was still faced with an unmarketable house. I decided to replace the exterior. After receiving bids and qualifications, I found only two people who would come in and attempt to rectify the mess left by others. The bids were $20K apart. I chose the lower and it happened to be a gentleman and his crew who are EXPERTS in what they do and TAKE PRIDE in doing it. They replaced and inserted expansion joints, window spacing, proper flashing, and an excellent exterior finish to my home. I think the biggest compliment I could give them is to praise them here and hope others will find them and keep them busy with work. They were wonderful. I hope I will never need service like this again, but Scott Hoaglund and his crew stand head and shoulders above other people in this field who "pretend" to know what they're doing. H,S&S, really does know, and does it very very well.
