Description of Work: This is my fourth time using Flicker Mechanical Service, my dryer was not heating and the heating element needed to be replaced. After the new element was installed John started the dryer to make sure that it was working properly. When testing the replacement he noticed that the dryer was making a noise. He let me know that he would like to replace the pully now rather than wait for another call back in a month or two. This was an inexpensive part so I do not feel that he was trying to just up the bill. Everything is working great and I appreciated the proactive approach for a part that was 95% worn out.

Description of Work: Took the dryer apart and fixed not only the obvious problem (heating element) but other areas that contributed to the problem (i.e. dryer packed with lint even though I had cleaned the filter each time).

+ -1 moreHe came out right away. It took him five to ten minutes to fix the problem. I recommend him to everyone. I have had no issues with the product since it was fixed. He is quick to call back and he comes when he says he will. He is a pleasant fellow.
