"TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE PAUL ALSTON. We waiting months for him to start the work. He installed the wrong in-ground fencing instead of the correct deck material. He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

He was supposed to order deck railing for us and come back and install it but after contacting him and telling him what color of railing we would like, he did not contact us any further and did not finish the deck. We are now left with a deck and no railing."

Our neighbors complained about the dirt washing into their yards and we received a letter from the Borough about the complaints. Not a good way to move into a new neighborhood. The yard is rough, with rocks and dirt still present after they planted grass."
