Description of Work: This company was very responsive in coming quickly to assess our hardscape needs and providing the most professional and detailed proposal I've ever received for this type of work. Their prices were competitive as well. I would rate their knowledge and level of professionalism as very high. They were recommended to me by a high-end builder with an excellent reputation. He told me he used this company exclusively for his needs.

+ -1 moreWe asked that a rep from the company give us an estimate on a job we wanted done in our yard. It was to include plantings, outdoor lighting and some repair of lighting. The rep came out and listened to our desires for the outcomes of the job, and told us he would get back to us with an estimate. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM, and it's been a month now. Why do people give you the time of day and get your hopes up if they don't plan to take on a job? Wouldn't it be more honest and professional to tell us our job wasn't worth his time or the distance to our house? We could have lived with that and sought other providers. To say you will get back to someone with an estimate and then do nothing is just rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreWed started the ditch, thurs and fri laid vers lok stone (84 Lb each) and the job was completed to the expert touch by fri afternoon. Came home from work and my wife said and quot;love it , love it love itand quot;. I sent off an e mail to Neal Henry telling him how happy we were.
Description of Work: Exuilding cavated area and installed versa lok block stones for a curves wall from a height of 3 feet down tp 1/2 foot. Completed the job in 2 days with excellant work and prrofessionalism. My wife and i could not be happier with the job done. Not a large job but one that I could not do myself and was so glad that I chose Green Horizon.
