Description of Work: Key stuck in door lock. The fourth time has happened in recent weeks. Spent 15 minutes to get out this time with no success. Thought after 15 years, I just needed to replace the lock. Bob showed up quickly, got my key out the lock, sprayed with WD40, and key seemed to work just fine. after that. Asked what I owed for the visit and he said no charge!

+ -1 moreI had Bob come to the house to do a bigger job (we replaced all of the doorknobs in the house). I have used him 2 other times in the past. It was kind of a big job because he had to fit the new doorknobs to the existing doors, so there were some challenges fitting them in place. He did the job perfectly. He even fabricated some parts that he needed in order to complete the work, which allowed me to return one of the doorknobs that I bought.
Description of Work: Bob switched out all of the doorknobs and locks inside the house and repaired a lock.
