Great, fast service from Home Tech. I couldn't use my old laptop. They came out cleared a couple viruses, so it's functional, but it's 8 years old, so I'm keeping it as a backup. I bought a new laptop from them and they set everything up for me, connected to wifi, setup security software and backups. And it was cheaper than Best Buy! Will use them again
