They did a lousy job. The carpets looked like they never cleaned them. They did get some dirt up but they did not do a very good job. The guy's name is Darryl Williams. The couches and rugs don't look much better than they did before. They were perfectly courteous and nice people. They didn't do a very good job in the cleaning process. I wouldn't recommend them. They charged me $500 to do my windows, which I thought was a lot. I have a lot of windows but that seemed fairly high. The windows were fairly cleaned but they did miss some that were hard to get to. They did come when they said they would.

Daryl returned my inquiry call promptly. He gave me carpet estimate on the phone and scheduled time to come out to the house to give an estimate on the power washing. They did a great job on the power washing. Everything looks very clean. Daryl called to discuss job after he had completed it and that is when we decided to do the patio. Was very willing to complete that as well. Two days later they arrived promptly to clean the carpets. They did an excellent job using pet and people friendly detergents. They did what they said they would do at the time they said they would arrive with good customer service and quality work.

They were okay, but it was expensive I thought. My brother and I and he came over and did it, so I did not have to pay for anything. We paid almost $700 on that work. I was pleased with his work and they did a nice job.

Daryl brought a helper with him to do the outside windows and Daryl did the inside and the carpet cleaning. I had used him one time before and was so impressed with his professionalism and reliability, I called him again. They did a beautiful job and I felt quite comfortable with them going throughout my place.

He did it well and got everything back in order

Excellent experience. Technician showed up on time, helped move furniture in both directions, before and after. The work was done competently and with politeness. Very good experience and will use them again.

I can't say enough about how great this company was to work with! They gave me an estimate and when the job changed to what was an even larger one they did not ask for more money, they just did the job superbly. More importantly they helped us diagnose what was a bigger problem before it became a huge problem, helping to find a water leak that could have been devastating. Through it all they were polite and pleasant. When finished they left a large fan to help us dry out at no charge for as long as we needed it. Again, I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with the Williams. Daryl couldn't have been any nicer.

They were able to schedule a visit for an estimate right away. The carpet cleaning was scheduled for the next day. They came on time, moved furniture and did an excellent job. They are lovely people to work with. I will have them come back to do other work in the Spring. They did a much better job than I have had with larger companies that are cheaper. Well worth the difference!

We couldn't be more pleased! The worked performed was outstanding. They arrived on time and promptly set to work. Very professional young men. The cost was exactly as estimated. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Spots didn't come out 100%, but I was told before work was done that not all stains may come out, depending on what they are.

This company provides great customer service - they came at 1:00 pm, after they had done a nighttime cleaning at a business. I was very fortunate that they could clean the carpets before I moved my furniture in. They, Darryl and Lamar (hope I spelled his name correctly), worked non-stop, and were done in about 3 hours. They provided the shoe covers which I had the movers use for the move-in. Lamar provided an extra service by removing 2 bee nests from the window frame on the deck. Really fantastic workers.

They explained everything before arriving. They arrived on time, worked continually for about 4 hours. The result: the carpets looked great and the pet stains were gone.

Very very positive experience. Daryl and his crew were very professional, friendly, and prompt. They kept us informed of the progress on our deck even when we had some delays because of rain. I never had to wonder when they were coming back to finish. We wanted to get the deck done in time for a family birthday party, and the crew worked evenings and weekends to make that happen. Daryl gave a prompt and reasonable estimate for the job, and even though the removal of the paint took more time and effort than they had anticipated, the final cost of the job did not change. They were very conscientious in doing the job too -- like putting plastic down all around the deck to prevent any run-off from the paint from spilling onto the ground and landscaping. The evening before our big birthday party, a member of the crew came to our house to wash the windows that faced the deck so that they wouldn't be dirty for the party. And the finished product is great- we are really enjoying our new deck this summer. We have used this company before to clean carpets in our house (also a very positive experience), and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I identified this company from the Angie's List. Darly Williams answered my call. He made an on site visit within 3 days and emailed me an estimate to clean two porch areas (about 150 square feet each) and some parts of our aluminum sidings (approx .500 sq feet). Two people came to do the work. They arrived at the scheduled time. The job was completed within 2 hours.

Prompt to set up a date for the service said he couldn't give a price over the phone but would give us the price when he and his crew arrived the day of the service. That was a mistake on my part and I will not do that again, next time I will hire someone who comes out and gives a price before the date of service. They were in and out in about 30-45 minutes. They did not clean the rims of the windows or the screens. The windows were not dirty just covered with polen and dust from some recent landscaping. This was an easy job.

Daryl called me the same day I left a message for him and, after asking a number of questions, gave me an estimate over the phone; that saved me the hassle of arranging to meet him for an estimate. The day of the service he arrived on time. He and his coworker were very polite and professional, did the work quickly and well, and finished earlier than they expected. I was very happy with the service, and the final bill was actually $75 less than the estimate.

Went very well. Daryl gave an estimate, showed up on time, and did a great job. No drama or hassle, which counts big in my book.

From start to finish, Daryl, Lemarr, and his crew were great to deal with. I have a mid-century modern house with a larger than normal number of casement windows. Some require extra effort to reach with a ladder. The Mercer tiles are not a type normally found and required some special thought regarding the proper care. Daryl took the time to perform some tests on the tile surfaces including the treatment with the proposed sealer. He even consulted with the manufacturer of the cleaning/sealing products to be sure he was doing the right thing. He also did some testing to see if he could improve my slate window sills. We found that this was not possible, but I appreciated the effort. He arrived on time on the days scheduled and did a super job across the board. The results are fantastic.

They did a great job. They were able to fit me into their schedule before the date of the party. They kept me informed of any schedule changes. They came even though it was rainy. They were careful not to track dirt into the house. They got the windows clean. Most importantly, they were pleasant to have around.

As we had discussed, Darrell and his co-worker arrived promptly at 8 AM. They removed the storm windows, washed all of the windows from the inside, then washed the storm windows. As it was a rainy day, they left the storm windows out until they returned the next day to wash the outside of the windows. After they were done, they were very careful to put things back that had been moved. They were extremely neat and careful and did a wonderful job.

Daryl called back quickly and came out within a few days to give me an estimate. He arrived on time with a cleaner. We discussed what I wanted done, room by room. Daryl called me back the next business day with an estimate. They were friendly and professional. I didn't use them because the cost was out of my budget, the approximate cost was $575. I got the same work minus the exterior windows for less than 1/2 the price of W. Williams, and they could schedule me sooner.

Darell was beyond patient getting in touch with me. Always returned my calls and then scheduled the work within a week of me receiving my estimate. They did a beautiful job and I thought they were very reasonable. We had recently completely construction and our windows were filthy.

Darryl Williams returned my call on the evening that I called, later met with my wife to provide the estimate, which was accurate. He told her what he could do and what stains could not be removed. These were stains on a white carpet where plants had been. He returned to do the work at the scheduled time, performed it in the estimated time and did a very good job.

Daryl was our contact person at W. Williams. He was very accommodating when setting up the day for the cleaning. Daryl and his team of three others arrived on time and began the work in an organized manner. Each person was friendly. Cleaning not only included inside and outside of the windows but also wiping the window sills/jams. The price ($315.00) was very fair for approximately 26 windows. Daryl was a very professional team leader and checked that the others were doing a good job.

Now, this was a job well done. He went above and beyond my satisfaction. He literally spent 5 1/2 hours on his hands and knees until the carpet was cleaned. I would have given up for sure. He also does window washing as well. I never used him for that, but, he does it. I really like him. It took so long, but, it was well worth it.
