Good response when I called. Prompt scheduling and arrival. I couldn't have been happier.

lThere is a large window over the front door that has a removable grid in it. They damaged the grid during the removal process, so several pieces needed to be glued back in place. It was necessary for them to return the next day after the glue had dried to put the grid back in place. I specifically said they should be sure to have 2 people to lift the grid back into place. Instead, Darryl Williams attempted to replace it himself. While doing so, he stepped directly onto the molding over the front door, detaching the molding from the wall and ruining the caulk and paint job all around the front door. He said he would take care of the cost of the repair. I obtained an estimate from the painter who had recently painted the area and provided it to Mr. Williams. He stalled several times saying he would pay me, but he never did. I would never use this company again.

I had no idea my windows were as dirty as they must have been until after I had this company get them so clean! Daryl from Williams Company called me back quickly, send an estimate via email and came to my home on time. Very professional, worked hard and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this business.

The director operation is Gerald Williams. We used him last week. We had him about a year and a half ago and then we had him back because he does all of the rugs, the windows, the outside fixtures and the chandeliers. He is very thorough. We've used other companies as well but when he finished, they were like new rugs. The first time after he left, it was sort of overcast and I didn't see there was a couple of smudges on the chandelier. I called him and he came back the next day and went over everything. He worked for about two days in our house. He is very good. We will have him next year. We use him annually.

Provided quote and written proposal over email promptly after seeing the property. While I did not move on it right away, I did contact them back few months later to see if the quote was still valid, which it was. Daryl was prompt in his responses and was able to schedule the job for next day taking advantage of the weather. Performed the work while I was not home so can't speak to how the process went, but the windows were clean as expected. Emailed few days later to make sure I was satisfied, overall a smooth process. One thing to note is that my window frames were not cleaned as part of the quoted job, but it was my miss for not having asked for or outlined that specifically in the proposal process.

I used the "Big Deal" coupon for this company's services. The work was excellent. I confirm having the same positive experience mentioned by others. Mr. Williams arrived promptly. He was courteous and easy to communicate with when making the arrangements. He was very knowledgeable about his craft. We had a stain that needed special attention and the entire area came out beautifully. He moved some of the furniture out of the den to the adjoining room to be able to clean the carpet. He also gave us some tips and information for how to care for our carpet. I would definitely use him again, hopefully, annually. And I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dwayne was very prompt, friendly and professional. He and his helper did a nice job on the windows.

I liked his work and so I asked him to do some additional work. I got him through a special and it was $50 for two rooms. The job turned out to be beautiful. They were professional and they were on time. He really did a good job.

Daryl and his assistant arrived on time. I moved the furniture that I wanted moved as they set up. Daryl explained the process before and after. They cleaned all our carpeting in a timely manner. All of our minor spots in the carpeting are now gone and everything looks great.

I bought The Big Deal for carpet cleaning and Daryl called very quickly. The carpet cleaning was scheduled quickly. My ancient wall to wall carpeting looks great. I requested an estimate on cleaning windows and gutters, and we scheduled the work to be done a few days later. They were very mindful of my cat and helped make sure that he stayed inside when windows and doors were open. The windows and carpets look great now. Daryl and the crew were very prompt, professional, and friendly; and they did a wonderful job. They are going to come back in the fall to clean the gutters.

I clicked on an Angie's List Hot Deal for interior and exterior window cleaning of 15 windows, including sills, for $90. However, I just wanted the exterior surfaces of all of my windows cleaned. After some phone tag and rescheduling due to rain, Daryl Williams and his coworker arrived on June 17th to clean the windows, right on time, at 10 am. Daryl had agreed in advance to clean the exterior surfaces of all the windows, and he counted them when he arrived, calculating that the additional 9 windows would cost $50 more. I agreed to that price, which I thought was fair. They got right to work pulling-up the blinds and removing screens. They spent about 2 hours cleaning the windows, both first and second floor, sometimes using a ladder. The windows looked great when they were finished, and they replaced all of the screens before leaving. All the while, Daryl was courteous. He also was flexible, allowing me to pay the additional cost using his company's website at my next convenience. I had an appointment to make, so this was very convenient. I paid the additional cost after receiving some website errors. I had mentioned the specific error message I was getting to Daryl, and he replied that he had fixed the issue. Eventually, I was able to make the payment. Afterwards, Daryl sent me a message thanking me for my business.

The guys that came out were very polite and courteous. They were on time and did the job efficiently. They did a job we didn't want to do and were good guys. I didn't have any problems with them. I definitely will use them again in the future.

They provided an estimate on a Saturday, and started work within a few days. Their service isn't the least expensive, but it is the absolute best! You get exactly what you pay for. The service was so thorough that when they cleaned our laundry room, they actually moved the washer and dryer to clean underneath and around the units. Also, they spent over an hour cleaning our chandelier. Everything was done very, very well. Basically, if something had a surface, it was cleaned. For example, Brenda cleaned picture frames, the inside of the microwave, etc. Both Daryl and Brenda use eco-friendly products which don't cause strong odors. I was very impressed with their work, and I'm extremely satisfied. Brenda is absolutely fabulous, and I will continue using her in the future for bi-weekly cleanings! Finding their service made my Angie's List membership worth the price of admission. Lastly, Daryl is very professional and follows up with his cutomers to ensure statisfaction.

They were prompt and he was courteous. My husband liked him so much after speaking with him that he didn't call anyone else. I have one rug that was pretty stained and he offered to clean a part of it to see if he would be able to fix it. He did a good job cleaning that rug and the rest of our carpets.
