Daryl and his crew are always prompt, responsive, and friendly. They have done consistently excellent work.

Darryl was on time and very courteous. He explained the work he was going to do and let me know that my high traffic and heavily soiled areas may need to be treated. He completed the work quickly and was very professional. He let me pick the deodorizer scent, being mindful of individual preferences. When he finished, he explained that I may want to get a deeper level of cleaning the next time I have my carpet done. The $50 deal was money well spent. I would certainly use Darryl again and recommend him to my friends.

I hired Daryl Williams from Easy Property Car for a stain I had on my carpet. I spilled mustard on my carpet at the top of my stairs. I had tried for a week to get out the stain. I checked on the internet and kept scrubbing but not getting any where. I found Daryl who came highly recommended and called him up. He was easy to set up an appointment with and he came the next day right when he was scheduled. In addition to doing the mustard spot we had him clean another rug. He did a great job. He worked very h****** the stain as well as the rug. He kept the area clean. About 80% of the stain came out, which is great because we can barely see it. He offered to come back and retreat the stain. After he retreated the stain it was even better. My wife and I were very pleased with his work as well as his follow-up and we very strongly recommend him. He actually called up the manufacturer of the chemicals he was using on the mustard spot to see if it would work and to review any special treatment to get rid of the stain

The man was on time, curious, and did a great job. I would definitely use him again and give his card out when I hear of someone else needing a carpet cleaner.

-prompt...told me between 9-10AM...here was here at 9:02AM -very professional... -there was pieces of my rug pulled out from a dog I had who like to chew. I forgot to mention it but Mr. Williams was honest enough to tell me that he thought he may have done it. Wow ...-the price of $50.00 was absolutely on the mark. Actually, I thought he'd be alittle higher especially after I saw the finished product. -move everything that needed to and returned what could be moved back until the rug dries. -I don't know what else to say....Great Experience....from start to finish....

This is the third time I used Mr. Williams' service. The first time was with an Angie's list coupon. He did a great job so I was happy to have him back. Even in winter he was able to do all our many windows including storm windows since he does not use a water based cleaner. He brought a ladder to reach our third floor window, cleaned our very dirty greenhouse window and skylight. He even managed to get our fireplace glass doors clean. Everything sparkles. He was professional, pleasant, very neat and punctual.

I found him to be overpriced. I also believe that he didn't use strong enough products to clean with as I didn't smell a clean smell when he left the house. I was unable to detect any odor from any cleaning project. The only thing I saw him use was a shining or polishing cloth in the bathroom. The kitchen didn't really smell any different. He said he cleaned the oven and I saw him clean the tops of my counters. I was just a little disappointed with their being no odor from the cleaning. This didn't leave a good impression. He did do the carpeting and that looks fine. I wanted the service done quickly as I had been ill and couldn't do it myself. He was going to have a helper on Friday but whoever he had working for him had quit or something to that effect as I was unable to receive the additional assistance on Friday. He did have another helper come out Saturday. I found that the job took entirely too long as I believe he could have had the whole job done on Friday by himself. He was doing the carpet cleaning and his helpers were supposed to do the rest of the housework. He knew that I wanted the project done on Friday and he should have done it himself. The place wasn't really that dirty. I simply wanted it extra clean and he knew that. Knowing I wanted it done quickly, I think he may have taken advantage of the pricing. The entire project was for a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. I also received no written estimate.

Daryl was on time, as he always is. I've been very please with all of Daryl' works. He's reliable, friendly and efficient. He charges reasonable prices and does excellent work He has don carpet + gutters for us + does an excellent job with all.

Arrived on time. Professional. Great people to work with and I will use again! Did a super job on carpet. I have pets and they were able to clean up the spots with no problem.

Wonderful! This was the first company that really treated our pet stain area. After they left, we felt like we had brand new carpet!

Overall the carpet cleaning was excellent. It took about 3 days for the carpets to really dry out after the cleaning. I would recommend keeping air circulating in the rooms as much as possible.
