Darryl Williams contacted us and handled all the arrangements, including changing the scheduled time twice, receiving and returning the house keys, and following up after the job. The carpets were cleaned while we were away on vacation. They are much cleaner than they've been in years. I would recommend Williams Cleaning to anyone.

This is a family owned business that goes back two generations. Daryl and one other relative arrived promptly at 8 am, did the estimate, and patiently explained the storm window cleaning process, to temper my shock over the price. Some of the windows had been painted shut, adding to the challenge. They went to work, with little mess. One worker left around 12:30 and Darryl stayed until 2:30 pm. It was almost a full days work, and I better understood the high cost after seeing the process. I will not attempt it myself. I didn't realize how much more light came in, until they were all cleaned. He no longer goes up onto roofs to clean skylights. They were both polite, careful and neat. I will use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

The window cleaning job, was much bigger than we originally estimated. Although they were a bit understaffed, they worked very hard to get the job done.

3 workers showed up to perform the job. Lamar, seemed capable; spent too much time on the phone running another business while trying to perform work, and then left before the job was completed. Another worker had to be told not to leave all of the windows open after screens had been removed. Daryl, seemed capable to perform the work. At the beginning of the job, I confirmed with Daryl that the screens and window sills would be cleaned. At the end of the job I inspected the work and noted to Daryl that there was still large amounts of dirt remaining on the interior sills and screens. Daryl explained that cleaning of the entire interior window system was not included in the standard service. He offered to return and clean the interior portions for an added fee. The fee structure and technicalities of what interior portions of the window to be cleaned should have been outlined upfront. The glass cleaning is good, but the cleaning of the interior window structure was very poor.

I found the W. Williams Cleaning Service via Angie's List. They were phenomenal. Daryl and LeMar met with me a week prior to the clean. They were prompt, very friendly, honest, and helpful. They put me in touch with the head of their janitorial service, Brenda, who was also very friendly and helpful. All told, they probably spent over 15 hours cleaning my house and it looks fantastic. All the appliances look brand new, when they were so grubby to begin with. The outside of the house looks great. The rugs turned out really well. Daryl and LeMar kept me informed and did a tremendous job. Brenda had the bathrooms and kitchen looking spotless. I really couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service. I would like to nominate them for a page of happiness. They are true professionals, highly reliable, and made sure I was satisfied with all work performed. Daryl even made a follow-up call to make sure I was pleased with everything. Use them!

Mr. D. Williams returned my call promptly and answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. He arrived 15 minutes early and was courteous and easy going, finished the job under 3 hours, and he put the furniture back in place and cleaned up very well. Also, again he answered all my questions and even placed little styrofoam blocks under the legs of the furniture.

He arrived, did the work thoroughly and left. He was pleasant and courteous.

The work was very mediocre. Many window sills were not cleaned fully. Cost was $300($700 vs $300)more than what I paid 2 years ago for the same job.

They were exactly on time and did the best job anyone has done since my cleaning lady and I used to spend an entire day together working on the windows - and even then we couldn't reach all the two story addition. I was really pleased.

Daryl Williams returned my call promptly and came to my home at my earliest convenience to give me a free estimate. We discussed my concerns regarding the best way to clean my Berber and needlepoint carpeting. We set up an appointment for the next week. He came on time and did an excellent job. Daryl is a pleasure to deal with. He is the consummate professional. I would use him again.

Mr. Williams was on time. He worked efficiently and the results were excellent. I had one room with stains on it. He was able to get all the stains up and left a very good smell in my apartment.

Staff followed up promptly, were punctual and worked to get the job finished. The job was thorough and the windows look great. I would definitely recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Reasonably priced for the amount of work done - three staff worked continuously for four hours.

The company was on time. The men worked efficiently and the results were remarkable. We had one tough room with pet stains on it. They were able to get the room back to its normal condition without the smell of pet odors.

Darryl and Nikolai were very polite, always punctual, answered all questions, had very positive friendly attitudes. Their work was thorough, careful and complete. Because of the number of windows, the cost was expensive. I do not know how their charges compare to others. Darryl was very willing to explain all charges.

Crew was exceptional, on time, courteous, and diligent. Daryll, a firm principal, came to check on work, which was excellent, thorough, and much better than another firm we paid $60 just to do the 3 large pane windows. We will definitely use this firm again and recommend to anyone who wants excellent work, courteous service and very reasonable price.

Lamar and Daryl responded immediately to my phone call. They were able to schedule an appointment with me only a few days later. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Lamar and Daryl were extremely professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I think they left my home cleaner than it was before they arrived! The price they charged for the job was extremely reasonable, and well worth the money. It would have taken me a whole day to do what they did, and it wouldn't have been half as good! Lamar and Daryl did an excellent job, and I highly recommend using them. W. Windows Co. Also cleans carpets and power washes siding and concrete. I will definitely be using their services several times a year, to clean my windows, carpet, siding and concrete.
