A PERSONAL TOUCH CLEANING SVC

I had high hopes with this service but I was very disappointed with my experiences. I've gave them 5 chances. The first time was great. They showed up on time, the price was fair, the team was friendly and they did a great job. Unfortunately it's been all down hill from there. The 2nd cleaning was a different team, even though I specially requested the same team. Not a huge deal but they charged us a higher price and did a fair/poor job. Then they started showing up when they weren't scheduled. Not sure why. The 3rd time they kept saying they were going to be late but then they got in to an accident and eventually cancelled. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but I'm 9 months pregnant and had 50 people coming to my house the next day. They did not offer to send another team or come the next day, offer a discount on next cleaning, anything. I tried a 4th time and specifically asked for the 1st team. Again, different team & different price. Now I had 3 people in my house, they stayed for an hour and overcharged based on their rates. Every cleaning was a different price, different time, different team and different quality. If they could have figured out how to set their price and send the requested team they would of had a very satisfied and regularly scheduled paying customer. I was willing to give one more shot where I could schedule a regular cleaning with the regular team at a set price but a week later and I'm still waiting for that call back. Needless to say I would not recommend this service.

They ruined my house I would never use them again. They ruined my stainless steel refrigerator and it cannot be fixed. I had to go behind them and tell theem to clean. They didn't have certain supplies on hand. They claimed to do certain work that they did not do
