I ordered additional materials for a vinyl privacy fence around my pool. Suburban was able to find a great deal on the materials I needed, ordered them, and expedited the order. There were some damaged items in the order that still need to be returned for either replacement or refund.

I spoke with Tammy. She took the time to investigate any possible solution to my inquiry. The result was an order for several sections of new vinyl privacy fence material at a discounted price. The only drawback is the wait time for the materials; I have to wait until a truckload is ordered from the supplier (a out 1 to 3 weeks). Tammy was great to work with - very patient and willing to help with the best solution to the reconstruction of my vinyl fence.

When I called Suburban Fence, the phone was answered promptly. An estimate was given and an approximate date of service was provided. Several days before the date, I was called to confirm that someone would be at home. The workers arrived on the scheduled day and completed the work. They were very professional and polite.

Suburban came to my house to take accurate measurements for the job estimates. The estimates were good given the fence that we selected. The crew showed up and took 2.5 days to complete the job. They returned a week later to hang gates(gave time to settle). Very happy with the fit and lay out of the fence. Very happy with follow up from Suburban. About 3 weeks after installation a section was damaged by neighbors dog (large Labrador). Suburban came out next day and repaird at no cost.
