+ -1 moreJim was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. We don't live in the area and this was a rental property which we are putting on the market to sell. He made the time to meet us based on our availability. We walked through the entire house and he was not pushy and even recommended not painting some areas if we were selling the house because it would be a waste of money. He mailed me a detailed estimate, we signed it and sent 50% payment and he started right away. We left the color choice up to him, just asking for neutral colors. He did a fantastic job and the colors he chose were perfect. I believe his workmanship will have a big impact when it goes on the market. You can't go wrong using Jim. Great personality, professional and no mess left behind. Great experience especially since we were unable to be there.
Description of Work: He painted the majority of the downstairs. He also painted the den, the Master Bedroom and the dining room plus all the ceiling area upstairs except the great room. He also went and got exact match paint for touch up in the Kitchen area. In some areas, as requested, he removed wallpaper border before painting. The approximate size of the house is 3000' sq ft.

+ -1 moreJim Klein is wonderful, he did a great job painting in our home. I had planned on him painting 2 ceilings and a bathroom. He only painted what needed fixed so the cost was much less than what I was estimated. Jim is very honest, friendly and trustworthy. I plan on using him for exterior painting when the weather warms up.
