Description of Work: Did work on my livingroom that was really horrible... big bumps in paint on walls. then while I was away and he was to finish up he poked a big scuff mark in my ceiling that another contractor had completed very expensive work on and Phil Cane tried to cover it up but could only find old touch up paint to do so.... It was very obvious and I had to pay to have it repaired... This guy also was paid to do work for my sister and kept the money and never did the work...

+ 0 moreThe job went great and we were very pleased with the quality work that was done.He said it would all be done in a day and it was.He cleaned up the mess and hulled away all the debris.He even brought a vacuum cleaner and swept up all the dust.(Who does that these days,not many)! He did an excellent job and I was very happy.I would hire him again with no question.I've already recommended him to others.He lives up to his name, he really does do it all!!!!
Description of Work: Installed a new walk in shower with all new plumbing.Put in new handrails for basement stairs.Installed a new two way switch for basement light.

+ 0 moreHe is very personable and I liked and still trust the young man who works with him. I had no complaints until the first rain after he had finished all work. I think I already told you everything above.
Description of Work: Hired to rebuild my back porch and add screening. The porch looks good, but the screens are coming off, he didn't make panels, just pulled screening from post to post and stapled. He often "forgot" to return my calls and took time out for several weeks to finish another project, which I agreed to. My real complaint is the new roof. It has leaked since day one. He was here several times to look at it and doesn't know where the leak is coming from but insists it must be something to do with the old roof because his roof isn't leaking. ??? He has stopped showing up when I call him, even though he told me - quote "The job isn't done until you are happy." Well, I'm not happy.

+ 10 morethe job went very well. had a plan and stuck to it. with very little disruption to our lives, Things were kept clean and I harldy knew he was there. I am a very satisfied customer and will call 1 call construction again.
Description of Work: turned sunroom into 2 rooms 1bed room and dining room. Removed kitchen wall to open into dining room.Removed another kitchen wall to enlarge kitchen to 17 feet long. Removed top half of wall from kitchen to livingroom and installed bar countertop. All new walls, ceilings, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, sink, etc.
