Mike came right on time and we immediately knew he was extremely knowledgable. He was very thorough and took the time to explain each discovery to the fullest extent. He spent roughly 3 hours total. He tested each and every outlet, light switch, faucet, appliance, window, climbed on the roof, and checked the entire exterior and foundation. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The reports that he generated were emailed almost immediately after completing the inspection. The reports were as thorough as you would expect after seeing how much time he spent with us. All in all we would totally recommend Mike to anyone who needs a home inspection.

We were looking for a house to buy and we had two inspections by Mike: first we didn't buy based on his findings and second we did. Both time he did a great job explaining us many details. Prompt and very thorough service.

Mike was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. In order to accomodate our schedule, he agreed to inspect the home on a Sunday morning. He showed us all of the various items he identified. He stayed on site for approximately three hours. Afterwards, he provided us with a comprehensive report. After the repairs were completed, he returned for an additional fee and examined the repair work.
