as the dated photos available below clearly show, the ceiling area around the new skylights --------- which were installed and " guaranteed " to solve my problem ----------- is worse today than before I invested $2200 with therriault --------due to a $50 dispute between his verbal quote and his later billing he refuses to address the situation ------the reality is, his "guarantee" was only a "guess" and an incorrect one at that ---------he has proven himself to be incompetent and unreliable --------- I still have not received any product receipts or warranties ------------- photos sequence presented below: - 5/3/16 old skylight with ceiling damage - 4/12/17 new skylight with ceiling and sheet rock after cleaning - new skylight and current ceiling damage - new skylight and current ceiling damage - new skylight and current ceiling damage

I had a water problem in my house in Towamensing Trails ( Albrightsville Pa )which saturated the insulation in my crawlspace. I called Mike, told him of the problem and a little over 2 weeks MT Contracting had the job completed. They were very responsive since I wanted this completed pronto due to the cold weather coming in and before any mold or mildew could start. Since I'm not a full time resident, Mike sent me pictures of the completed job which looks great and I'm completely satisfied. I now have MT Contracting in my phone book and wouldn't hesitate to call for any job. Outstanding service!!!!

Mike was quick to respond to my email inquiry and we arranged a time to meet at my home where he could accurately a**** the scope of work needed to install insulation in my Lake Naomi home's crawl space. He was prompt and professional thought the assessment and followed up with a reasonable estimate for the work at hand. The work began shortly after, in the timeline Mike promised, and was finished within a few days. Not only did Mike act promptly and professionally, but the job itself is excellent. The crawl space is now the warmest part of the house and a lot less and quot;crawl-space-lookingand quot; thanks to the clean installation. The crawl space is now sealed and no longer dank and moist. It's even helped the bottom floor of the house smell a lot less like a moist basement. As the cold weather ensues, we will be able to report back on the effectiveness of the insulation as it relates to that part of the house. My husband and I are thankful to have found a local construction professional that we are going to work with on many other projects, not just insulation. Mike is also skilled in construction, electric and much more. I would recommend Mike to anyone in need of insulation, basement sealing or any other home construction project.

MIKE and HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING THE CRAWL SPACE. THEY REPLACED ROTTED BEAMS and VAPOR SEALED THE CRAWL SPACE.

THE WHOLE JOB WENT GREAT. HE COMPLETED THE JOB BEFORE THE PROMISED COMPLETION DATE. WITH ONLY A $100.00 OVERRUN FOR MATERIAL. BECAUSE HE REPLACED THE SILL PLATE ALSO.

He was excellent and did a really good job. He kept me informed about everything that was going on with the job. His pricing was very reasonable compared to all the other estimates I got. I will use him again in the future.
