Keiper Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We bought a property in Aug 2022 and as per of the settlement a water heater was newly replaced. There was a failure in the system on Dec 30th. We had two professionals loom at it and they both recommended asking the installer to look at it. We called the main number and the person who spoke to two of us (independently was extremely rude to both of us on separate calls). He said he wasn’t sure anything was covered on our policy with a change and owner and was adamant of the diagnoses without even seeing it. He said in a slow loud voice that it is an electrical issue and we would have to pay $220 + $220 to have anyone come out to see it - and then he hung up. Not sure I would trust someone like him with any new or existing business. He was an utter disgrace to this business and I am shocked they had such a high rating with someone like that working there. If the owners are bothered to read these reviews I would highly recommend sending that idiot to a customer service course.

I gave them an F rating because you have to do an overall rating, but no work was not done - as far as professionalism.... UGH I called to have a tub installed and asked if the plumber would want to come by for an estimate. I was told that the plumber is the only one working on jobs and estimates. I wanted to make an appointment for later that evening, but was told that if the plumber arrived late I WOULD BE CHARGED $75.00 BECAUSE HE ARRIVED AFTER HOURS.... Hmmm... is there something wrong with this picture???? If he shows up late... I get charged. When I said that was illogical and I would have to find someone else... SHE SLAMMED the phone down. Well... I'll never use these guys!
