Description of Work: All i wanted was an estimate, which they couldn't provide me with a provider. They made some excuse they were too busy and everyone they contract out with was too busy to give me an estimate. very disappointed. the date of service was around that date.

Description of Work: I used the services of John M Shinn Roofing. He roofed my house.

Description of Work: John replaced a 3,000 sq. ft. roof in 3 days including replacing 6 4x8's sheets of plywood and installing 2 brand new skylights.John is extremely knowledgeable and professional about his craftsmanship and certainly stands behind all his work.He takes the time to explain to his clients what your needs require and how he will accomplish them to your satisfaction.

Description of Work: When I first called John Shinn he actually called me back from his vacation. I was so surprised. He answered all of my questions and did not rush me off of the phone. I felt very comfortable with him from the moment I spoke to him. He showed up when he said and he even sent me pictures by phone on the progress of my new roof. His wife is at the office and I was a pain at first. but they always had time to answer any questions I may have had. . They even called me to see if I had any problems after the installation. I would not hesitate to call them. They are very resonable in their prices also. I called 3 other roofing companies and they did not compare to Shinn Roofing. I would tell anyone who asks me just call Shinn Roofing first save your time and effort don't call anyone else.
