The technician showed up, knew what the potential problem was right away. Very knowledgeable and professional offering different causes and solutions. Did not pursue due to renting the place but the landlord is aware of the issues. Would hire again if needed!

Brian installed a dedicated circuit in our basement. Brian answered the first time I called. He set up a time to come and review the job. On the day he came, he called to make sure I was at home. He gave me a reasonable price for the job and agreed to do the work the following week. He came exactly when he said he would and performed the work in the time frame he specified. I am extremely pleased with Brian's work and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of electrical work.

Went very well. Bryan had to go into a very hot attic to replace wires then install a new ceiling light. He was in and out in an hour.

Quite frankly I like that he was accessible and texted. Gone are the days of "waiting" for the electrician to call you during normal business hours. Bryan and I coordinated a lot via text and he was out to my house very early in the morning. I am an early riser and so is he. It could not have worked out better.

Our house wasn't getting enough power to run our big appliances (hot water tank, fridge, oven, a/c). It took the power company 5 days to come out and check to see if we were getting enough voltage. After they finally came out to check and confirmed everything was fine on their end, we called Brian. He came on a Saturday and was able to tell that our main breaker was going bad. He got it changed and also changed 2 of our other old breakers. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done quickly and it was affordable. We will be calling him again when we update the electrical in our garage.

After scheduling with another provider who didn't show up to their appointment, I called BK Electrical. Brian came out the very next day to do an estimate. He explained that he couldn't give an exact amount due to not knowing exactly what was behind the plaster walls that we wanted outlets put into, but gave me a ballpark amount. We scheduled for him to come out and do the work the following Tuesday. He completed everything we wanted in about 3 hours and did a great job. We would definitely hire him again in the future. Very professional, flexible, and affordable.

Bryan has been my go to person for a couple of years now. He has always been very reasonably priced, prompt, and courteous. He has updated the wiring throughout my house as it's been remodeled. Finding an electrician who is trustworthy, honest, and reasonable is a rare find especially since there is no such thing as a certified electrician in PA.
