+ 0 morePoked a hole through the bathroom into the bedroom while installing the vanity mirror; installed new countertop with a chip in it; sink drain plug didn't work after he installed it. He did offer to fix all of the above, including painting the bedroom wall, repairing the chip, and fixing the drain plug. But, based on what we'd experienced to that point, we terminated installation of the tub and surround.
Description of Work: Installed vanity mirror, countertop, and toilets. Was originally going to install a tub and surround, too, but we cancelled that after problems with what he had installed.

+ 3 moreI understand that most people have an issue or two during construction but Shane Tunbridge was a nightmare.
Description of Work: Shane Tunbridge said he could build an addition on to our house along with a deck and roof.DO NOT allow this person or company (SKT Contruction) to build anything....HE IS A HACK. SKT does not take pride in his work, tells you one thing does another, He failed every inspection of the addition whereas the inspector found something wrong and had to come back to re-inspect. He does not plan ahead but builds as he goes along. The addition is built along with the deck, they look good from the outside but there are many issues inside and up close. DO NOT HIRE THIS HACK. i.e.Shane replaced a brick that was broken on the original house. He used cheap caulking instead of cement or mud to repoint or install the brick, The deck is missing washers for carriage bolts. Electrical junction boxes do have covers, Washer and Dryer are in a closet whereas they can not be worked on because he made the closet door to small to get them out. He left the plumbing in the crawl space exposed and will most likely burst or freeze unless I take care of. He refuses to take care of the problems and blames them on me the home owner. I lost a lot of money becasue of him.
