+ 0 moreWe have had internet and cable through Service Electric for years. We have to call multiple times per year when we have internet outages. Each time, we are given the runaround, their customer service reps are rude and argumentative, and they claim there are no issues. Then when techs come out, the techs say there are issues and they have to repair the lines at the road. This is 4X or more a year. It's ridiculous.

+ 1 moreThere are choices in our area but this is the only one I’ve tried. They’re okay; I’m not pinning any medals on them. It’s adequate but I don’t think it’s great. They’re expensive but all these things are. I think the price is high. I haven’t had many service calls so it’s hard to judge the punctuality.
Description of Work: I use Service Electric Cablevision. I have the bundle that includes telephone, internet and television. I don’t have the sports channels or any of those extras.
