+ -1 moreOn 7/18/10 my credit card was charged. On 7/23 I called to see where my pump was and was told it was on back order and that the girl would call me back that afternoon to let me know the status. She did not call. On 7/26 I called again and was told, by a very rude woman, that the part was out-of-stock and that she had no idea when it would be in but that they would call me when they had one. I called another company today and ordered the part. I called AZPonds to cancel my order and was told that it shipped today. I told them that when it arrived I would merely tell UPS to take it back. They told me that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. I can't believe they charged my credit card on 7/18 for a product that they didn't even have. I will never use these people again.
Description of Work: I called on 7/15/10 to see if they had a 1300 PowerJet Impeller. I was told that it was instock and would be shipped out and I would have in 3-4 days.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE BUYING EXPERIENCE THROUGH AZPONDS. THEIR SALESMAN ONLINE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GOT ME WHAT I WANTED AND SHIPPED WITHIN A BUSINESS DAY. THE PRICES THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE IS SOME OF THE LOWEST ANYWHERE.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A UV CLARIFYING LIGHT FOR OUR POND TO CLEAN UP THE ALGAE THAT WAS TAKING OVER.
