Do not use this company at all. Rob Karo will take your money and give every excuse in the book to do none or part of the work many, many months if not years later. We signed a contract with Absolute in January of 2022 and paid a 50% deposit upfront. He told us our start date would likely be end of July or August 2022. By March of 2023, after months of no communication we reached out and he stated that he could still not give us an estimate of when he would be able to start our deck. At that point, after over a year of waiting patiently we asked for a refund and were told that it would be mailed. It has now been 7 months since our refund request and we are still awaiting the return of our deposit. To add insult to injury Rob has spent the last month ignoring our emails and a certified letter. We’ve spent the better part of a year attempting to resolve this privately and amicably without making this public but they've left us with no choice. Rob, where is the refund of our deposit?

In June 2020, I enlisted the services of Absolute to reconstruct my existing deck. However, I am unable to provide a review of their work as the project never progressed that far. Rob, the person in charge, turned out to be highly untrustworthy. We had signed a contract and paid half the money upfront, expecting the job to commence within 6-8 months due to certain circumstances we found reasonable at the time. As the beginning of 2023 approached, I began to inquire and insist that Rob start and complete the job by the start of summer. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, no progress was made until February when it was supposedly my turn to start. To my dismay, Rob asked for additional funds to begin the work, revealing the dishonest practices he was engaged in. At this point, my patience reached its limit, and I realized the deception that was being played. I have taken the matter to the police as a fraud case, and it's highly likely that we'll have to resolve this issue in court. I truly wish I could give this business "0" stars, but that option is not available. My primary aim is to alert everyone before considering hiring this company. To be continued...

I highly recommend Absolute Enterprise Custom Built Decks. My new deck looks fantastic! I've gotten several compliments from my neighbors. Rob and his crew are really good at what they do. They worked through rain and freezing temperatures to get my project finished. They showed up when expected. When they left for the afternoon, the worksite looked like they had never been there.

We hired Absolute Enterprise Custom Built Decks to upgrade our deck by replacing the boards, railings and add a stair case going down to our patio. They where reasonably priced compared to the other companies we had come out and give us an estimate as well. Rob and his crew were very professional, polite and hard-working. Rob kept me informed with the status of my deck every step of the way. Working with Rob was a pleasure from start to finish. We are beyond thrilled with the end result and would definitely use them in the future if the need arose. We can't wait to enjoy our upgraded deck next spring! Thank you very much Rob & team.

Rob showed up right on time to give me the estimate. We scheduled the job a few weeks out and he kept me posted on the timing because we had a stretch of bad weather which affected the jobs he had before mine. Even with the weather he still showed up the week that we planned on. He and his crew removed a temporary deck and installed a really strong well built 10x16 deck. Rob uses the best pilons (they impressed the inspector) and quality lumber with top notch fasteners and bolts. The crew are very neat and cleaned up every day there were no nails or wood scraps, not even a cigarette butt to be found. Great work,great deck. My wife and I joke,that in case of a tornado we will get under the deck, it’s that strong. I highly recommend Rob.

Outstanding job! Rob came out and gave us an estimate and then came and completed the work as promised and on time. Workmanship was exceptional! They even went as far as to make some reinforcements in our deck supports to make sure the deck was safe and sound for years to come. Rob takes his work very seriously and is meticulous with every detail. Very rare to find a company with such a high caliber work ethic. The price we were given was extremely fair and competitive and wound up being the price we paid. I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Enterprise to anyone and would re-hire them again and again!!!

Rob was awesome to work with and does quality work! From the very beginning he took the time to understand what we wanted and thoroughly reviewed all the options for materials with us. We felt very comfortable choosing him to build our deck and was very pleased with the outcome. He was very professional and provided us updates through out the entire project taking the time to make sure we were happy with the progress. He is an honest contractor that really cares about building a quality deck and making sure it exceeds your expectations. We highly recommend him!

Spectacular!! Rob and his team were just the right guys to do this project. Due to a complete backyard renovation, Rob worked in a very muddy area. They even cleaned their boots off at the end of each work day, to keep my driveway clean. I’m a contractor by trade and naturally am very particular. I finally found a contractor that bested me....this is the kind of guy that you want on your deck project. Every phase of the project went extremely smooth with perfect attention to detail. I never thought for one second that anything less than perfection was being built in my backyard. I can’t wait until the spring when the area will be complete and the family will enjoy our beautiful new deck to complement our pool. Great job Rob!!

Rob did a great job, he is meticulous and thorough on every step of the job. I have built many decks on my own and he does a better job than I can. Rob is a perfectionist from the beginning and digging the footers to lining up the screws on the deck floor boards. We will be doing phase two in the summer and Rob will be doing it.

Rob and his crew were great! Kept in constant communication, showed up when expected and did a great job! Rob was very responsive to any issues we had and answered all our questions. My wife and I absolutely LOVE our deck! The township building inspector was beyond impressed which the quality of work done. " I've inspected a lot of decks. This is a solid quality job!" Absolute Enterprise is amazing! Rob and his crew are fantastic! Rob came to our house several times to make sure he was giving us exactly what we wanted. He is the nicest guy! They cleaned up after each day. They were so fast with getting the deck built. This deck is solid! My husband and I are so very thrilled with the results. We are on our deck everyday. Would give them 20 stars if I could.

It's perfect. Rob was on time everyday, cleaned up after, and even finished before the originally timeline. We have little ones, and he installed a door with a lock at the top of the stairs to keep them safe. He was super professional, courteous, and answered every question we had. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Rob and his crew were very professional and friendly. They arrived when they said. They picked up all trash that was created while working. Rob was a perfectionist, He took extra care to make things right. Even Jerry his helper was very friendly and did a professional job and was very knowledgeable about the type of work to be done. It was great. The guy who owns the place, Robbie was super nice. The deck was put up nice, it was good. I have no complaints. If we move and ever need a deck again, I would us them again. There's no way I would use anyone else. I think it was just him and one other guy and the work took four or five days. They left the area very clean.

Rob and his crew were great. They are very professional yet down to earth. They take the time to listen to exactly what the customer wants. Everything looked great once it was done.

The deck turned out fantastic. We have an above ground pool that Rob and his crew constructed a beautiful deck around more than half the pool. I never expected it to turn out as nice as it did. Rob was able to stay within our budget and provide some lighting on the posts and stairs which we didn't know that was something that could be done. It is so nice having the stairs lit up at night so our kids dont trip and fall. The attention to detail was great. We were impressed that Rob, the owner, was on site throughout the entire project. Excellent. The crew showed up on time every day and was very friendly and informative throughout the entire project. The finished deck was better than I ever imagined. It is the sturdiest deck I have ever been on. When I met with Rob I ask why the company name was Absolute Enterprise he said that Absolute means "perfect in quality" and he and his crew nailed it to the T. Definitely met and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Absolute Enterprise.
