I had another company design my septic system replacement, but Paul re-designed it to avoid having to remove a 50+ ft tall tree and added a drainage system for the water from the gutters. The old no-longer-up-to-code 2-cesspool septic system was replaced by a drainfield and Ecoflow septic tank. The work was done on the days I was told workers would be here (unlike the company that drew up the first set of specs), and Paul and Jon were always friendly and great to work with.

Paul and his team (Tom, Miguel, and Jason) were all very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Paul saved us from what could have been a long and perilous sewer permitting and installation process and instead designed a simple, effective in-ground septic system. Tom and his crew did the installation expertly and quickly, and brought us in under budget. They even spread the extra stone from the job on our stone driveway! It was a pleasure to work with everyone involved.

Putting in a septic system is a bit complicated with permitting steps but all went smoothly and install was done correctly. Contractor knowledgable and fair pricing.

We needed a new septic system and after researching we decided on PR Environmental Designs - great reviews. Met with Paul and went over the options - there were many challenges, location, type of system, but he came thru for us. Paul and the whole team were very professional, friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. Paul was always available via phone or email, and loved working with the team - kept me informed along the way. We were coming up on winter so there wasn't much time to get this done but they did - very grateful. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

This was a big job -well executed. PR Environmental Designs Scoped the system needs, Removed old septic tank/cesspool and installed new modern system with pipes to new drainage field. Project delivered on time and on budget. They did an amazing job cleaning up the site. Very pleasant and professional to work with, from start to finish. Highly recommend !

I didn't know this company, but they came up with a great quote, and the reviews were good. So I decided to go with them, which was a great choice. The work was done perfectly, in line with the most optimistic expectations, and without any surprise. They were very cooperative and always available. I even asked them to extend the scope of work and bring a few trucks of top soil to level my backyard and the work done was outstanding.

Paul and his crew got started right away and finished the new system installation in a professional manner at a great price.Paul responded to my calls and kept me up to date each step along the way.The project turned out great.

Let me start by saying that we did not have a septic system installed but the work we had done was not an option in the service drop down box for this site. We hired them for storm water management. We have had issues with water seeping through the stone wall of our living room after rain for awhile now. PR Environmental Designs was hired to remedy this problem and did a GREAT job. Paul, Tom, and the crew were wonderful to work with and very professional. They went above and beyond by employing multiple tactics to make sure our storm water drainage issue was fixed. They performed the work as promised, they were very careful with our property and conscientious about returning the property to its previous condition. A real pleasure to work with!

We had trouble getting other contractors to even come and give us an estimate on a new septic system. Paul Rosone came out right away, explained what steps we would need to take, and gave us a reasonable range of expected costs and a realistic timeline. He walked us through everything, getting permits, etc. Paul responded quickly when we contacted him with questions. The work was done as planned and well within the costs we anticipated. Altogether a very good experience.

Paul designed and installed new system back in June. After a hard rain, soil around the tanks settled and created several deep holes. Concerned about the risk these holes pose to my kids and landscaper, I texted and emailed Paul numerous times asking him to address the issue. Here it is October and Paul is a no-show. Moreover, my lawn looks terrible because he used hay instead of straw and applied little to no grass seed to re-establish lawn over almost 14,000 square feet of disturbed area. Recommend anyone looking to repair / replace septic system to avoid using Paul. If you must use him, insist on 10%-15% holdback during warranty period to ensure he will show-up.

Excellent service...Paul was super responsive...he and his team started the project within a week from initial consult and finished in a week...very professional and competent team. Even the inspector was on time. I would definitely go with PR if you need a septic repaired or replaced!!!

Really poor communication, never initiate explaining or communicating with customer unless being asked. There was no actual plan and the process was pushed back several days

The intial experience with PR Enviromental was good. Paul came out promptly to provide me an estimate. After signing his proposal he took longer then expected to begin the job, he stated it was weather related, which is understandable. The job took about a week and seemed to be well done, with the exception of the condition of the yard. Only about 50% of the yard has grown back. I called Paul several times and he asked me to give it some time, which I did. When no additional grass had come in I called again and requested he spread some more seed and straw. I then sent him a check for his final draw and no one has returned to address the lawn. At this point he does not return my calls. For almost 20,000 dollars worth of work I was suprised how unwilling he was to complete the job to satisfaction and leave on a good note.

Very responsive and polite company to work with. Pricing was extremely competitive.

I can't rave enough about Paul Rosone and PR Environmental Design. He installed a drip irrigation septic system for us. We were at our wits' end trying to get this accomplished. PR Environmental Design performed a very professional design and installation working closely with the county. The project was completed on time and within the projected budget, I would recommend them to others requiring a septic system, either new or replacement.
