Had some problems getting a hold of Paul over the winter but there may have been some extenuating circumstances. He ended up contacting me and assured me that his crew will come out to take care of filling in the settled dirt around the tank. He is backing his work which says a lot. [OLD]I did a lot of research on sand mound systems, costs, and potential installers. I had an "independent" soil/designer come in to analyze, perk test, and initially design my system under the belief that they would provide impartial info on system without trying to actually sell me a system. They were fine but, in the end, my only [partial] mistake was that I could have brought Paul in from the very beginning as his work ethic, knowledge, and determination to do the job right was outstanding. His pricing was competitive and his excavation team were masters at their equipment (big shout out to Tom!). Much to my wife's happiness we were never without plumbing during the project and the final result was an installed system with re-graded back yard (better than before) in 5 days. I have hired a number of various contractors over the years with mixed results. Lets face it, a septic install can be a scary expensive and complicated project for most of us. With so much riding on the line my biggest worry was that the system was done right and without additional headaches. Paul and his team came through. It was one check that I had no problem handing over with a handshake.

WE hired PR Environmental Design to replace our septic system. Their customer service was great, the lead (Paul Rosone) always responded promptly and clearly communicated any issues that were encountered with the project. As for the quality of the work, it was first rate. Replacing a septic system is a huge disturbance to the lawn. They graded and seeded the yard and we are waiting for the spring to see the results, although with the warm weather this fall new grass has begun to grow. Clean up was great, mud and dirt get all over the driveway, but they cleaned up as if they were not there. All in all a top notch company and Paul is a great professional to work with. Based on the quality of work, I'll probably never have to work with Paul on a replacing a septic system, but if I have to, I'll be sure to call him. If you have septic issues, I recommend working with Paul and his company.

I was not able to use this company, the house sell fell through but Paul Rosone was excellent. He answered all my questions and assisted me with the process. I am sure the quality of his work would be as great as is customer service.

I was very pleased with Paul Rosone and his company, PR Environmental Design. Paul was professional, nice, honest, knowledgeable and competitively priced. He honored each appointment and was always prompt. The same was true of all of those who worked with him along the way -- especially Tom, who operated the heavy equipment. They were all competent, professional, respectful of our home and a pleasure to work with. Paul also kept me posted on each step during the process and responded promptly to each call, email or text that I sent. They left the property in a very nice condition, and the grass that they planted came up even faster than they had predicted. We appreciate their assistance and wish them well.

Great work, did all the little extra things on a construction project that most contractors don't do. I'm impressed with how they picked up, leveled, planted grass seed and put down straw.

There isn't a specific category for the work I had performed, it was an underground seepage bed for excess run off water on my property. Tough to find anyone who specializes in this, but PR Environmental took on the project without any question. I had a tight space to work within and they did a fantastic job. The work was done on time and within budget. They cleaned up my yard, removed the debris, leveled everything back out, planted grass seed, and laid down straw. I didn't have to tell them to do anything, they just knew what to do to impress me.

We were very happy with Paul R. and his company PR Environmental Design. They did a difficult install in central Bucks County, PA. We had a two field microdrip system with mound. They were professional and did a good job reseeding. No significant complaints and in fact, I was very happy with their work. There was some minor subsidence where a pit was from our earlier system was filled in. They came back a refilled it in again.

George did an excellent job for myself and my client. He worked hard to ensure that the township , the Buyers and the Sellers were pleased with his work. He also completed the job on budget which is very rare. I am a Realtor and I will be recommending George in the future.

I had a dead line. This hugh septic system progect had to be completed in 22 days. For sale of house. Through rain and the short dead line, they competed and system passed in 16 days. Friendly, keep you in the lope. great, great , great job.

Paul was excellent, very professional, quick to answer my inquirery and submitted a very competitive bid.

PR Associates did an exemplary job in replacing my old septic system. The project was completed 1 day ahead of schedule and as budgeted. My family was without the use of the septic system for a minimal amount (<2 hours) of time. The workmen showed upon time each day as promised. The shrubs that were removed to gain access to the sewer pipe exiting the house, were replanted. The disturbed areas of the lawn were re-graded, re-seeded, and covered with straw. The new grass is now growing. Job well done.

Paul was very helpful and friendly. I was in an emergency situation and he was able to accommodate to my needs. He provided a quality service at a competitive cost. Paul also took extra time at the end of the project to ensure my property returned to its original state. He removed several tree stumps from my back yard during the construction project at no additional charge. I recommend PR Environmental Designs to everyone.
