Chris was my technician. I called late in the day on a Friday but he came out pronto anyway to diagnose the problem. My 26 year-old condenser needed a recharge but the reason for that was undetermined. It could have been a defective coil in either the condenser or the compressor which would leak again as he explained. I wanted the recharge and it took 5 lbs of R22-freon. Unfortunately it only cooled the house for 2 days, but I won't hesitate to call on Chris again for a different possible repair or new Rheem A/C.

Showed up immediately and stayed within my budget
