Noelle Seaton was the Agent that became our representative, and we were extremely pleased that she did. My wife and I decided that we were going to look into the possibility of purchasing a condo/townhouse. We had been discussing it as a possibility for a few years down the road, but with prices and interest rates starting to climb we thought we'd look into the possibility now. We had been living in an apartment in Easton for almost a year, but we did not know the area well. We went to this office as it was more centrally located in the Lehigh Valley area. We walked in the office on a Monday afternoon and Noelle happened to be staffing the reception area and she got stuck with us!! Noelle took the time to met with us right then and there and listened to what we were thinking about and our questions. This was not our first real estate purchase (last purchase was in 1997), but it was the first in PA. Just to make the situation all the more interesting, I am working out of town and I was only home for a week. If we were going to make a purchase, we were going to have to look at and decide on a property by Saturday that same week! After our initial meeting, we gave her an opportunity to gather some information and listings to look at. We met with her again later that afternoon and began to formulate a plan to start looking at the properties that she had found for us. What we didn't know until later on, was that in the mean time she had also cleared her schedule and rearranged her own child care arrangements to accomodate our needs! By Wednesday, that week she had us working with a mortgage company (make sure you talk with her about Tim Mittl at Caliber Home Loans), and we were pre-approved and we found a property that we wanted to pursue. Our offer was submitted late Wednesday evening and by Friday morning, we had an accepted offer and we were on our way to homeownership again. Noelle was our guide through the rest of the process and assisted us with picking home inspectors, recommending insurance agents, movers, painters, Radon contractors and such as we went through the process. She also had her hands full with being the communication between us and the seller's incredibly difficult to work with agent. The closing went off as scheduled and we've now moved in. Noelle and her husband joined us for dinner to celebrate the conclusion of the sale and to celebrate the new friendship that hqs developed from this experience. After having a bad experience with a realtor who and quot;firedand quot; us (or so he told the listing agent of the eventual house we purchased), we set up our own viewings with a few agents. One of those agents was Merry Cardone, of Weichert Realty, who showed us a short sale and advised us that short sales, while they may take a long time and aren't always predictable, shouldn't be ruled out. Short sales are a lot of work for the realtor with no guarantee of any commission. Her apparent work ethic, combined with her genuine concern for our house search and affable demeanor, caused us to ask her to be our listing agent. She didn't show us any houses other than coming to the second showing of the house we eventually bought (which we saw later that same day, from a self-scheduled appointment). However, she provided valuable insight and feedback on the quality of the house, and was thorough, prompt, and friendly throughout the process. Her relationships with other realtors allowed us to have negotiations with the sellers that were as smooth as could be asked for, and we ended up with a great deal on the house we wanted. She kept in touch actively throughout the process (as did Tom, whom we chose after considering multiple mortgage officers). At one point, there was a limited time coupon on roofing repairs that I expressed interest in, but it expired before closing. She was able to work with the contractor to have them extend that coupon for us for another two months (without prompting). Her advice was always thoughtful and I have no complaints. I will use her again, I'll use Tom Anthony again as a mortgage officer (he gave us the best explanations of the mortgages....very useful for a 1st-time homebuyer, he also gave us the best overall rate and fees on the mortgage, and was always prompt throughout the process to ensure we closed in time). I'd recommend Merry and Tom to anyone, and have already recommended Merry to two friends, who are happy with her so far!

She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She goes to a lot of events when dealing with home buying/selling. She is supportive of the client. Really enjoy her service.

Carrie Petrovich is a realtor out of this office who had aggressively sold a home down our street a few years ago. When it was time for us to sell our home we contacted her. She did a very thorough job walking through our home and advising us on what to do to get it ready to sell. When the house was getting showings, but no offers, she stayed on top of things advising us. Any time we asked her to come to our home to meet with us she did, After 3 and 1/2 months we finally got an offer. She talked us through it advising and supporting us. Her support when we decided to walk away from this offer and take the house off the market was more than I would ever have expected. She put us before her commission. When it does come time for us to try to sell our home again, we will be calling her.
