 + -1 moreMy experience was awful because they did not show up as scheduled and did not call to say they would be late. When I called them, they eventually returned my call and asked to come at a later time. I agreed, and continued to wait. Then they called again, and asked to come later than the second time. I agreed again and continued to wait. When they called a third time asking to come 5 1/2 hours after the initial appointment time, I canceled. The company owner was not very nice. I noticed on Yahoo that another client had a similar experience as mine, so I will never call this company again. Be aware that the appointment line (610) 439-6243 is staffed by a very nice central reservation service, and this is who you talk to when you book. However, they CANNOT help you with anything other than the reservation. I thought that because the preservationist was so professional, the service would be, too. I was WRONG.
Description of Work: I contracted with them a week in advance to provide housecleaning prior to a party. Rate quoted was $130 per hour for a 4-person team. I did not have the cleaning because they did not show up as promised. They left me in a tight spot because now I have to do the work myself in a short time frame.
