For the past 10 months, I've been caught in a frustrating cycle of failed repair attempts and broken promises. The company installed gutters that immediately began leaking. Despite over 10 service calls, they have been unable to resolve the issue. In fact, their attempts at repair resulted in further damage, breaking one of the gutters they had installed. The original leaks at the front of the house persist, with one leak so severe it resembles a running faucet. Communication with the Allentown office is nearly impossible. Phone calls go unanswered, and messages are rarely returned. This lack of responsiveness has only exacerbated the ongoing issues. The company's management has proven equally unreliable. A month ago, the "boss" visited and promised to return with a roofer to inspect the problem. They set a date for the following Friday but failed to show up or even call to explain their absence. Four weeks have passed since that empty promise, with no word from the company. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is staggering. Their inability to properly install gutters, their failed repair attempts, and their complete lack of communication make them a company to avoid at all costs. Anyone considering their services should look elsewhere to avoid the headache and frustration I've experienced over the past 10 months. Those who have had positive experiences with this company should consider themselves extremely fortunate, as my experience suggests such outcomes are far from the norm.

I had a hanger on my gutter that needed replacement. I filled out the form for a gutter repair. Received a message back confiriming my appointment and said the person would come out. Take about an hour and a half to measure for new gutters. I called and they said oops, they will change it to repair. At the appointment time, The guy was in his car writing an estimate. He hadn't come to the door. He was writing an estimate. I said it's for a repair of the hanger. He said, you can't put a new hanger on a house. You have to get new gutters. (So, they use magic to install their gutters?) He said he would send me an estimate. Again never got out of his car to "measure". Eventually got an email for $1000.00. No, I did not purchase their scam.

They came in hundreds of dollars under other contractors, got me scheduled sooner than anyone else I contacted, and arrived on the earlier side of their time window the day of the work. Everything wrapped up cleanly and they did great work. Very positive experience.

They needed to reschedule the assessment visit, then came out at an earlier date at my convenience. Nice. The work was completed professionally, per schedule, and as specified.

Before the Brothers that just do Gutters helped us out, our gutters overflowed during most rain storms and the water would leak right into our basement. They came and did measurements, offered a very reasonable quote, and were prompt in scheduling our service. The installation itself was handled in a matter of a few hours and we've had zero issues since!
