She does a wonderful job explaining the entire home buying process to first time clients and makes the whole process work smoothly. Her knowledge of the area and local builders is outstanding. Description of Work: About six months ago, I began the process of selling my mother’s house in Bethlehem and needed to find a good real estate agent to handle the transaction. Since I don’t live in the Lehigh Valley, I really had no connection to a local real estate agent and decided to see what I could learn on Angie’s List. Once on Angie’s List, I noticed that Tammy Huk had good reviews and decided to meet with her. From our first meeting in November, I knew that Tammy would do an excellent job. Tammy was absolutely fantastic! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. At every stage of the selling process, she served as my trusted advisor. Tammy possesses strong interpersonal skills and she put them to use when serving as the liaison to the city inspector (we needed to pass a city inspection in order to place the house on the market) and showing the house to other agents and their clients. Over the years, Tammy has built a large network of businesses and services doing quality work at a fair price, so I ended up using many of her contacts to get the house in good shape for selling. Tammy is also very resourceful and helped me cut costs along the way. Tammy’s marketing strategy was a success: we ended up receiving multiple offers and sold the house at 5% over our asking price. In selling my mother’s house, the smartest thing I did was choosing Tammy Huk to be my listing agent!

Utterly fantastic. We saw about 15 houses all over the Lehigh Valley in our price range over the course of 3 months. Tammy did not pressure us and really helped narrow the search to the right house. I just can't say enough on her professionalism, support and experience in this area. Over the past 10 years my family has bought and sold more than 4 houses with numerous realtors - i would say that Tammy Huk is the best not only due to her strong support but also due to her personality, honesty and personability. You really can not do wrong in working with Tammy.

Tammy Huk was extremely knowledgeable on the area as well as very professional in her approach to helping us. We've bought and sold multiple houses over the years and she would be the first or second best we've encountered. And, since we move here from California, she made us feel at home with the right amount of service and support. I would work with her again in a minute. She was that good.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Tammy to purchase my first home. I interviewed her to get a feeling for what kind of agent she was and she was extremely friendly, asked all of the right questions without being overwhelming and didn't use a lot of industry jargon. Unlike many Realtors I'd spoken to she wasn't condescending and seemed genuinely excited to work with me. Once I signed on to work with Tammy the search for a house went relatively quickly and after we looked at some homes she helped me work through the mountain of required paperwork and was always on top of all of the time lines and schedules that are necessary to get to the closing table. I settled on my house on 9/30 and even after the settlement she's been working with me on resolving an issue that I'm having with my mortgage lender. The fact that she's working with me even AFTER the settlement says a lot about the kind of person she is. Caring for the customer after the sale is rare in today's world and I really appreciate it. Her amazing service, attention to detail and unbelievable availability are only some of the reasons that I can't recommend Tammy Huk highly enough to anyone looking to buy a home in the Lehigh Valley.
