Sadly, we made the appointment and I waited during the window I agreed to which was 9AM-11AM. I received a call telling me that they would be later than the window time of 11AM-2PM, which I had to explain to her that, it was the wrong time. She confirmed that her supervisor just changed it because they were backed up that day and I was correct on my time. They were going to send someone out right away, only I received a call 5 minutes later from their sales guy asking if I could just do the next day and he would be there first thing in the AM. I wasn't thrilled but agreed. My husband was home and the sales person rushed through the entire process. He flat out told my husband that they don't like to do jobs in Allentown because of how strict they are with the code enforcement. He was also incorrect in the requirements for our chimney, I confirmed with the city inspectors department was code required. He left the house in a hurry and said he would get a quote to us. That was over two weeks ago. I am glad it turned out this way as this is most likely an indicator of their work.

I guess the price was fair. The were good about coming out multiple times and fixing stuff that was done so poorly on the initial installation. I dealt with different people. The person who did the installation was incompetent, but the people they sent out to fix his errors were much better

I submitted a claim to my home warranty company because my primamry A/C was not working properly. Services United was able to make it out the day they recieved the service claim and ED tested my air handler and condenser for leaks. ED was fantastic he explained to me how the system works and where it was leaking. While ED was there Kathy put together a quote to send to the home warranty company. By that afternoon Kathy had a quote emailed to me and submitted to the home warranty company. I worked with Kathy for several days trying to figure out what we wanted to do. Ultimatly we ended up going with a company due to the price of the extensive work we needed done to our house. All in all the prices at Services United inc. are very competitive and affordable. Kathy was fantastic, she was prompt with returning calls and emails. Even when we chose a diffferent company Kathy was extremely professional and understanding. This is the type of company you will want to call back in the future they are just such a pleasure to work with making it very hard to choose a different company.

Service was red-tagged due to a chimney issue, but a service person came back out within 24 hrs of the resolution of the chimney issue.

We had Services United sent to us by our home warranty provider. Initially we were uncertain about them as we had no choice in who was to come into our home, but two heat pumps and a condensor later, along with the requisite follow-ups, we were sold! We've gotten to know a couple of the guys from repeated visits, and they are always professional and informative. We have now signed on with them for a regular HVAC maintenance plan.

they came out gave a fair estamate and were awarded the mob. they showed up on time and did a wonderful job installing the unit and cleaning up afer themselves. we had to leave for an emergency before the job was complete they did what they needed to do to finish. the supervisor came back the next day to pick up the balance due. they went out of their way to be helpful and they seemed to have fun doing it.

During my call to the company, Pedro was very helpful and friendly. He could have had someone come over the very next day, but I wasn't available so we set it for the following Tuesday. We arranged for a time and he said that Joe would arrive between 1:00 and 2:00. He did arrive promptly. Joe did an excellent job for us and he thoroughly and patiently answered each of our questions. As an aside: This is the second time that we've hired this company. The first time was about two years ago. They came out to fix our other furnace. The cause of that problem apparently was something that was not easy to deduce. We were impressed when the owner came out to assist and he brought with him a machine that he'd invented. With that machine, they found the cause very quickly. They then repaired it straight away and that furnace is still functioning well to this day. We would be glad to hire them again.

Their punctuality was good. The price was also good. Everything was fine. I have nothing bad to report.
