Description of Work: My computer had a lot of virus and malware attached to it. Jim did a fantastic job explaining the problem, what my options were and a cost estimate as well as how long it would take to handle. Jim did a great job, finished right on time and everything is now working great! When I picked up my PC, Jim explained everything and provided a datasheet detailing what to avoid, how to handle things, etc. He also provides phone support and recommends that you use it. I definitely recommend Savemore Computer Repair and Service and will use him again in the future if the need arises.
