Description of Work: I recently purchased a home in Forks Township, PA. We noticed during the inspection that there was a bee hive above the garage in the siding. I called Pest Pro, and the young woman on the phone was very helpful in both giving me information about the possible type of bee they might be as well as working with me to figure out a time. As luck would have it, the morning of the scheduled service, the beehive fell off the house itself. When the technician arrived (promptly on time), he told me that the hive was dried up and old. He pointed out activity elsewhere towards the top of the house, and quoted me $65 to treat the entire perimeter of the roof. I could not be happier with the level of customer service. I noted 2 days ago a lot of bees in the tree in our front yard and plan to call Pest Pro again.

+ -1 moreWe have them out to spray our house for bugs and watch for termites. They are always on time and a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have a question mike is always willing to answer it and I never feel like he doesn't mind taking time out if his busy day to answer it.

+ -1 moreWe had a flea infestation brought in by our indoor/outdoor cat. We had one treatment, which worked as described. The information provided was accurate and complete, and, when I made an anxious follow-up call because we were still seeing a few fleas, the person who answered the phone was kind and helpful, explaining the flea life cycle for me again. The young man who did the service was prompt and polite. We are now free of fleas.
Description of Work: We had a flea infestation brought in by our indoor/outdoor cat. We had one treatment, spraying in the house, requiring a few hours of leaving, which worked as described.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for four or five years. They come quarterly to provide service. They don't just come and spray. They will set traps and spray outside and whatever else we need. The few times I have had a problem, the owner has come out and checked to make sure the work was of high quality. They come when they say they are coming. I will continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreThey are very clean, always on time and I never had any problem with them. They do good work and I never had any bugs or anything like that. They are excellent and get 10out of 10. Their price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Pest Pro for pest control and exterminating. The last time they were out here was about three weeks ago. They take care of the bugs and spray in the house. They do six months maintenance for pest control. They do inside and outside.
