Paul Wright Roofing

We would have preferred that Paul Wright do the work for us, but the Sellers of the home insisted on doing the work themselves (seller was a roofer) so Paul Wright roofing worked with us, and after the inspection, provided a list of necessary repairs to the Seller. The seller made these repairs, and then Paul Wright came back to re-inspect the work that had been done. They even pointed out a few additional things that needed to be fixed, and had the seller make the repairs before he would sign off on the roof certification. I honestly don't know what we would've done without Paul Wright. We probably wouldn't have ended up buying out our house, which we love so much. Paul Wright helped us out, and made us feel secure in one of the most important purchases of our lives, and we're so grateful!

The estimator was friendly and arrived on time. He provided a very professional formal estimate. The work was performed perfectly, on the date agreed for the amount of the estimate, even though the damage was in a very difficult spot to reach.

Roof leaked inside house during heavy rain after work was done. Work was "guaranteed" in print on estimate and invoice, but I don't know what that means, because they told me they would need to charge another 2000+ to replace four skylights in order to fix the problem. I spoke with the owner and asked him why that work wasn't included in the original estimate. He said that it should have been, but wasn't and the guy who provided the original estimate plus the guys who did the work no longer work for Paul Wright Roofing. I asked what the guarantee covers, and he could not explain it and had nothing explaining it in writing other than the general statement, All Work is Guaranteed. Overall, did not set expectations with estimate, poor workmanship, and no accountability for the problem. Do not hire this outfit. There are plenty of other good roofers in the area.

The one thing that impressed me most about this company was i got an estimate right on the spot, Troy checked the roof and recommended products, and gave me a written estimate which was a little higher then the other two estimates i had gotten which i waited two and three weeks to get by mail. I got a call for the week i was to be scheduled Sept 6 and they arrived Friday Sept. 11 Rich and Vic arrived and where prompt, cheerful & courteous, They got straight to work tearing off the porch roof and made me feel right at ease leaving to go back to work. When i arrived back home after 3 pm they had the roof coated and the front porch roof done and the fascia done except where the ladder rested on the roof. Rich did an exceptional roofing job with the porch as it is a twin house. Vic was finishing coating the roof and fighting the glare of the sun off the Aluminum coating. Every thing was clean and tidy when they left. Monday they returned to finish the front addition roof. Overall they are an excellent and professional company to do business with and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their work from start to finish. So take my advise spend the extra money and get peace of mind that the job was done right the first time.

Very professional, but their estimate came in $3,400 higher (more than double) the estimate we went with, and for lower quality materials.

Very polite workers; so far there have been no leaks; the office staff and estimator were also very respectful and professional; the way the entire process has been handled with a phone call responding to my initial inquiry to sending a bill after the work was completed has gone smoothly and professionally. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was the sawdust in the kitchen vacuumed and wiped down a little better. Other than that, I am very impressed with how everything was conducted. The apt for the estimate was scheduled for 4pm. The guy showed up at 3pm before anyone was home. This is a modular home. There is only one skylight. The estimate given was for $2247 for not 1 skylight but for 2!! I believe this estimate was outrageous given the situation. The estimate he left also indicated that he would follow up which he never did!

I think it turn out very well. Everything they did seem to be exactly what I wanted them to do and I thought that the price was reasonable. I think it was about $130. They did a good job. They did it earlier than expected.

He gave me a discount on my price because he had made a small error on the estimate. That was very nice of him because he did not have to do that. His guys came on time. They had the job done just as they said they would. I would tell friends and family to expect excellence because that is what he is. I would recommend anyone to him.

They were incredibly professional, all the way through. Everything was really clean. They did a great job. They were timely and totally trust-worthy. They have high ratings on Angie's List, and everything that people said was true. He's a very nice person to work with and very honest. He said, "This is what it's going to cost, this is how long it's going to take, and this is what I'm going to do." And boom -- that's what they did.

Excellent job. Fair price. No surprises. Left property debris free. I have only found five nails which is impressive considering a 60 square roof.

Mike was prompt and professional. Quote was, unfortunately, way too expensive to get the job. We went with another contractor.

I wanted a few estimates so i contacted Paul wright and 2 others. Mike from Paul Wright was the only one to go on the roof and check what really needed to be done. The others only measured from the ground. I promptly received a quote which they honored to the penny even tho there were a few little surprises. They submitted the 50 year warranty on my behalf which i received from the manufacturer in a week. They were on time and respectful of our property and left the yard better than when they got there. I definitely would tell anyone who needs roofing to check them out.

He showed up and he showed up late. He was almost as good as in the shape as I was. He was the one who wanted to sell me a new roof. He quoted $8000 for the job. I really didn't appreciate him. He was relatively on time on the wrong address.

John Wright came out to check a possible leak in the roof. Made some reccomendations In the process of reviewing and deciding next steps Very professional and will not hesitate to call when and if I have decided on what I need to do

Bruce was very knowledgeable and thorough which guided me to the making a decision. Options were given and calls were returned promptly. I didn't feel pressured. Installation went well and clean up was great. It was just in time for the bad winter weather that has past.

Did a great job and clean up was done like a professional. All workmen were very professional in all aspects of the job.

We received estimates from 4 different companies. I received 3 of the estimates by March 26, 2014. One of the building owners reviewed the estimates and spoke with the roofers. Unfortunately, Wright's estimate came in April 4, 2014, and by that time, the owner was already pretty sure which estimate he was accepting. I notified this company that they did not get the bid on April 9, 2014. I am sure they would have done a fine job and would consider them in the future should we need work again.

They had a quality work, they were clean and they were professional. They took care of the roof.

It took two months from acceptance to job start because of the weather. Once started it moved quickly to completion. The workmen are first rate and both they and the work performed were a model of professionalism. The only reason I gave a B rating for price was that the additional work needed for the front EPDM should have be anticipated, and nearly doubled the cost of the job. Very pleased and will both use again and recommend to others.

Over the years I have become intolerant and somewhat distrustful of firms that rely on voicemail to allow a potential customer to state their needs and ask that their call be returned. Recently I needed to have some popped roofing nails and broken/cracked shingles repaired/replaced. I called Paul Wright Roofing based on Angie?s List reviews. I was very pleased when Bonnie answered the phone. She was pleasant, courteous and, most importantly, authorized to schedule a visit to discuss my needs. An appointment was set up with Joe for later on in the week. Joe arrived on time. We walked around the house while I discussed my concerns and asked Joe to determine if anything else was needed to bring the roof into good repair. After his inspection Joe discussed his findings and recommended that the vent pipe collars and one copper valley be replaced. Joe was also pleasant and courteous. He impressed me with his ability to identify emerging problems and explain them to me. Joe promptly followed up his visit with a written proposal and the work was completed the following week by Will and his assistant. The team worked diligently and carefully to complete the task over two days. The results were excellent. All debris was removed. Throughout the process the Company?s commitment to first class customer service and work product was evident. The next time I need roofing help, I will happily call Paul Wright Roofing.

From first contact through last repair visit, Wright roofing was very professional. The work was done as scheduled, and to our total satisfaction.

I first thought that $1550 was a lot for 50 feet of rain gutter and some sealing around the chimney. When I saw what really had to be done for a proper job, I was shocked. The roofer worked for Paul Wright Roofing and the gutter crew were an independant little company who'd been working with main roofer for years. There wasn't a scrap of metal, wood, sawdust (these guys took dustpans up on the roof) remaining. I had no idea what a lousy job my old gutters were until I saw these guys work. I noticed more work I needed (of forgot to ask about the first time) and have a $990 estimate which I will save up for as best I can to save my front porch. The final price was exactly what the estimate was.

Extremely professional, great quality, honest concern for the job being done right. Roofs can be tricky and ours was fixed and haven't had a problem since.
