They were good and knew what they were doing. The salesman was nice and they were reasonably priced. We had no problems with them. They have a roof maintenance program for which we can hire them. They would even come and do an inspection if we require that. We are looking into that.

We scheulded the work for Monday. On Monday morning, Bruce called before our time to let us know they were on schedule and will arrive on time. He evaluated our problem and advised how to correct the problem in the most efficent / safe way. That way had a price difference. Hold on you think - Yea it was cheaper and served our repair better. How often can you find a contractor who will repair and issue and give you the honest right price for the repair when it was previously estimated higher. While up there he even gave us a free evaluation of the condition of our roof and vent pipes. No other sales pitches / no other services pitched. Good , Honest Contractor who is good at his job. He Provided a invoice and paperwork for the repair and I even oveheard him on his cell calling his next customer with an updated time of arrival. I would highly receommend this roofing contractor on the quality and preformance of his work. I was amased and impressed that I joined Angies List to write this review, initially I found his name and number from the Yahoo search engine. I called several and this is the one who returned my call. The repair was done on Feb 1 and today is Feb 13, it took me a while to get it posted. FYI none of the other several contractors I called have even returned me call, I just repair work doesnt pay enought for them to care. Im really glad I had the oppurtunity to do buisness with Paul Wright Roofing. In the future I will recommend them to my friends and family and now to the Angies List folks too.

When my deck was removed, an area of very bad looking wood was exposed. I was concerned about how this could be fixed. Also, the appearance of new siding extending from the original area, especially around the new stairs, was of concern to me. I have to say, Paul Wright?s technicians were really good in working with me on several issues. They coordinated with me on the timing for getting an exterminator to treat the new boards, proper flashing and snow & ice shielding before the new steps were put in, and completing the siding in a way that looked the way I expected it to. They even carefully covered the new board with tack-paper to protect it until the Ehrlich guy could come. They kept my new patio clean and neat throughout the process. Even my wife commented on how professional and polite they were I also appreciated how respectful, considerate, and professional they were. The new siding wood repairs came out looking great. I highly recommend Paul Wright Roofing.

Imagine how perplexed I was when I walked out of my house last Spring to find a bird just sticking right out of the top of my roof! I was very concerned about how this could even be happening. I called Paul Wright roofing and was impressed as to how promptly they sent a professional roofer to assess the problem. They took the time to explain the situation thoroughly, addressed all my concerns, told me what needed to be done, and gave a quote. I was very happy with their solution, price, and how quickly they fixed my problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

While the estimate was not the lowest, the offer to take care of the siding issue helped me decide on Wright contracting. The estimaor and person who sold the job ( Bruce) and ultimately ran the job was amazing in terms of his focus on the customer and working with me to complete several small extra issues along the way. He was very fair in pricing extras and delivered on every promise - both on time and with concern that he had met the need. In 30 plus years of dealing with contractors, I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had.

we are so happy and pleased with the work done. We expected this would be a very diffcult job to re-roof this old house with it's many angles and steep pitches..and it was! The roofing crew was awesome. They were diligent craftsmen, polite and aware of the homeowner's concerns. The company foreman was very easy to work with and was more than happy to answer all our questions and kept us updated on how things were proceeding. The folks at the main office were polite anytime we called. If you would want a company that prides itself on the work done..one that uses old world craftmanship and attention to detail, this would be the one.

Everything went very well. They arrived at 8am and were finished and had everything cleaned up by 4pm. Before receiving final payment, Paul came out to inspect the new roof and the clean up job of his crew. We were very impressed!

This contractor is amazing. They were prompt, flexible and efficient. They provided details about work that would be done and then delivered exactly as they said they would. Clean up was done daily and was superb. I would HIGHLY recommend this contractor for any work that you need done to any roof, esp. slate. Also, they were our lowest bid! Fabulous group of roofers!

Wright did a wonderful job; the only problem was scheduling. If the work had continued daily on a non-stop basis, it probably would have been done in about 2 weeks. But there were some delays from time to time and the whole process took about 1-1/2 months. The workers were very focused and were wonderful craftsmen. Oh, I'm still waiting for the crank for my skylight!

We did not use the company for our new roof, the price was much higher than the other quotes we received. We did however appreciate how prompt they were, how much in detail they went when it came to what they recommended for our roof, We spent a few hours with their estimator discussing the best possible situation for our roof, but in the end, the price difference was to high to go with this company. They are true professionals in every aspect.

They were very connected to us. I did ask them to but he just started to clean the gutters on our roof. It gave me an idea how they relate to their customers. They haven't started yet. I had three roofers come, one was 10 more and the other was 25% more. That company didn't explain or go into detail. I had the feeling he was gonna do less.

They were very prompt in returning my call, came to look at the work very promptly, were very pleasant and professional, and showed up to do the work promptly. Roofer even climbed into my attic to see from the inside exactly where the leak was coming from - no previous roofers had asked to do so. Reasonably priced, and did not try to convince me to abandon my 80-year old slate roof and replace with cheap asphalt shingle as several previous roofers had tried to. They told me with proper care the slate roof could last quite a bit longer.
