Description of Work: replaced soffit and aluminum trim in rear; remounted front lighting, covered cupola in aluminum; replaced trim around garage door; found source of leak in kitchen ceiling. | |Fantastic job!! Description of Work: Called once and scheduled an appointment. I could not be there so his office said he would come and email estimate. They never showed. I called a week later and was told Paul (not wright) would call me. Never did and the job (50 slates) was done by someone else.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak around the vents on the roof. They did a great job. I had Kunzman roofing and they kept using a silicone that would expand and contract thereby leaking again. I had to repair the bathroom ceiling numerous time. Paul Wright did it correctly from the beginning. My only problem was that we called them and they said they would come out take a look and fix it. We both work so I thought they had and thought my husband got the bill and payed it. When I notice my ceiling was wet again, I called and they said they forgot. They did promptly come out and fix it!

Description of Work: They replaced at least 50 broken or missing pieces of slate on my slate roof. They were very professional, even sent a survey to complete with final payment and the men who did the work apparently stopped at the house a few weeks later just to check their work. Bonnie at the office is very professional and accommodating. This type of work is not cheap but I believe they did a professional job.

Description of Work: I called Paul Wright Contracting to set up an appointment. I asked them to please call me a day before the appointment so I knew when they were coming. They did not call me and showed up 30 minutes late for the appointment. He gave me an estimate and purposal. I signed it and sent it back to them. I never heard anything for two weeks, so I contacted them again. They apologized for the delay and said they would set up an appointment as soon as they could. They also said that they would get back to me. They then called me to set up and appointment and said that the guy would go out to do the work. I explained that I could not be at the sight when they wanted to do the work and they said that was no problem. I went later on to check on the work that they had done. The job was incomplete. I called to get the job taken care of. I again did not hear back from them for quite some time. When I finally got a hold of their representative they assured me that the work would be completed. Later on, they called to check how to the work had gone. I explained that it had not been completed yet. The representative told me that it had in fact been finished and apologized because the secretary had not done her job. I asked her when the work had been completed she said within the week but could not give me an exact date. I asked to talk to my original representative, but they said she was unavailable. I said that I would go to check the work out. When I checked on the work they had taken part of my downspout out and angled it into the brick. I have called them again this morning because I am unhappy with the work. I am still getting water in my basement.

Description of Work: I called this company a week ago for an estimate to replace or clean the gutters around the home. They confirmed that someone did come out that day, I followed up 4 days later and 1 week later I still don't have an emailed estimate. With todays economy you would think businesses would jump on any possible job. I selected them becasue they were at the top of the list which is not an easy feat on Angie's List! I am moving on....

Description of Work: I am in the market for a house but had a question about the type of roofing materials used on one of the houses I was considering. I looked for someone recommended here and found Paul Wright. I called and put my questions to the woman who answered the phone. She took my information and said she would have her roofer call me directly. That very afternoon, he called me. Now, this was for a house I didn't even own yet and he spent a good 20 minutes explaining all different materials and methods of installing them with the understanding that he has not seen the roof we were discussing. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. Never talked down to me, took time to make sure I understood what he meant when he explained things. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain it to the "average joe". And for a house that might not even need their service yet! I will definitely be calling them for any roofing issues I may ever have in the future.

Description of Work: Had a leak in the roof. The 2 Vallies where two roofs met had to be re-done not just repaired. Did an excellent job and even matched 10 year old shingles. Looks great and no more leak.
