Called them at 8 am, they were there 2 hours later. In and out in a few hours. No one likes paying hundreds of dollars for a needed home repair, but it's nice to know there's someone reliable there when you need them.

I called S. Agentis/Mr. Rooter on Friday afternoon and scheduled a service call for the following Tuesday morning which was the earliest available. The woman I spoke with was very nice. The day of service appointment, they called 20 minutes before showing up for the appointment to let me know they were on the way. Eric showed up, inspected the toilet and went to his van to check on the price and quoted $266. We had an offer for $40 thankfully since it was more work and more money than we anticipated. The work was completed within 20 minutes. My only complaint is that after the work was done Eric went back out to his truck and said he'd be back with the invoice to pay. I waited nearly 15 minutes before going out to get him. He was on the phone on what was clearly a personal call. After I came out he ended the call and handed me the invoice. Not terribly thrilled with this level of customer service but the actual work was fine. Considering there was no charge for the service call where others quoted $49 - $79 just to come out, I think the price was fair, but I know the parts were not expensive.

Profesional and courteous kept costs to minimum

The only complaints we have is that we felt we were overcharged considering the needed repair and the time the plumber was actually here and that he should have covered his shoes when entering the house. You are required to sign an agreement to a quoted price before the repair work even begins. We advised the plumber we thought the quote was high and he told us it could be lower if the "drain down" time was quicker than anticilpated. He was here for a total of 2 hours and we were charged $275! Even if the parts that were supplied cost $50, which we believe is a generous estimate, that leaves over $100 an hour for the plumber's time and experience. If that is a fair hourly charge for a plumber, then we are definitely out of touch with reality!

All service was professional.

I felt that this service provider should listen more to the customer and perform the work requested. He asked for an old towel and when finished, he laid the wet towel on the kitchen island! I had this company do work for my son and was very happy, but I was very disappointed with this worker.

He was in and out within half an hour. The price was great. He didn't charge e the full price because it was such an easy job that he took care of real quick.

I was very impressed that I received the phone call even though they do not service my area and the advice that I should make sure to find a plumber who could check my hot water heater. If they did serve my area I would hire them based on their excellent customer service and for showing concern. They were the third plumber I had called in two weeks and the only one of those three to get back to me. Still have not heard back from the first two. Luckily I did find a plumber who provided great service.

I was happy with it. There was a slight hiccup and they came back the very next day. Good service can't complain. They cleaned up but there were some things they came out as sewer you know that did stay in the floor but that, comes with the territory. They're very prompt and did what they needed to do and me back up and flushing my toilet pretty quickly.

Showed up very quick which was great. Estimate was high, but needed it done and didn't want to mess around getting multiple estimates. The plumber asked me to remove the insulation around the pipe. Found that odd since I was paying him.....a lot! He screwed it up twice. Had to cut it off and start over. He then pushed back when I asked to redeem the online coupon for $30 off. Had to call the office to have them tell him to apply it. Overall ok....

Two man crew. Very couteous and professional. Found frozen pipe and thawed. Price was a bit steep I thought.

I have had good experiences. In the past they came out right away and took care of the problem. I would recommend them because their response time was a good and the quality of their work was good.

He was very helpful. I called to have him fix a toilet and asked him to look at the showerhead that had been dripping (which I had fixed multiple times myself to no avail). He was able to fix the shower head quickly and explained to me that while I had done the right thing trying to fix it, there was an additional rubber ring in the knob that I missed that was causing the problem.

He was very gracious and knowledgable. Despite having a very bad weather (excessive cold) we never expected the person to come the day we placed the call and to repair everything. Anyway, we have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Rooter and the person who came to our house. My Father immediately liked the service man (I'm not sure I'm allowed to list his name despite having it). He fixed us up and how we have hot water and heat in the house again. He also made some great recommendations for us to lessen the chances of this happening again for us. We love Mr. Rooter and will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Short story: S.Agentis/Mr. Rooter Plumbing is very professional, very competitive, they do the job right the first time for the price they quote you. Long store: I have been remiss in not reviewing this company so far. They have done 4-5 jobs at my house in the past 6 or so months. 1. Replaced a toilet that was no longer functioning properly. 2. Fixed a second toilet's inner workings. 3. Removed four extraneous saddle valves that did nothing - three were a problem waiting to happen - the fourth became a problem and had started leaking (who has four of these in their basement???? [besides me, of course] ). 4. Replaced a kitchen sink faucet with a new faucet and spray attachment. And there were some other items as well that escape my memory at the moment. Between all of these visits, we had several different employees come out. Each one was very professional. Gave up-front accurate quotes. Did the job with no fuss and no mess. Asked me to inspect the work when they were done. Fully explained what they were going to do and did exactly what they said they were going to do. A very remarkable track record for a business that can't always see the problem behind the problem they have been asked to fix. Very good experience. Very pleased with the services. I will continue to use and recommend this company. I am asking this company back to remodel two of our bathrooms and looking forward to all the great work.

They came when they told us they would come. They were also very upfront about what they had to do. They pretty much looked at everything that I wanted done and gave me the price and asked for my approval before they did any of the work.

We called to explained our problem and see how quickly they could send someone out to our house. Though the problem wasn't an emergency we wanted it fixed quickly because we had a toilet overflow waste water all over our basement bathroom and storage room and afterwards we were scared to flush our toilets or use excessive water. We assumed it was a waste line clog somewhere and had tried snaking it on our own with no success. Plus, we have a new baby in the house, so laundry is a daily event! So- they agreed to send someone within a few hours and Greg came later that day. He looked at the plumbing and we became concerned when he wasn't able to locate the access to the main waste line trap. He explained the options, all the while being very understanding to the fact that we are on a really tight budget since my husband lost his job. Initially, he explained that the only way to find it was to send a camera snake down the line to locate the trap, which if located would require more work and possibly excavation.. but then I saw our neighbor arrive home and had a better idea. His home is identical to ours, so i asked if we could take a look in his basement to see if he had one. He was great about it and allowed me to take Greg into his basement to have a look. Sure enough, his was right next to the the vent pipe, but in our home there was nothing there?! Greg said it must've been buried under the floor. I reluctantly agreed when he asked about trying to hammer the concrete, but we didn't see any other options. Sure enough- a prior owner had buried it under the floor! Once he located the pipes, he got right to work clearing the line and was done within an hour. Very helpful, personable and we appreciated his understanding and willingness to work with us. We had called another plumbing company the day before and they had sent a man over to look at our problem, but it was end of day at that point and he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with trying to help us. We waited for 2 hours for him to come, on the day of my husband's grandfathers viewing, so that was a complete waste of time. Thank you, Greg, for helping us. As a result, that other company lost our business and Agentis gained it instead.

We have had good experiences with them! They are professional and get a the job done efficiently! They are very knowledgeable and good what they do!

Contacted the S Agentis / Mr. Rooter Plumbing and was informed that the water valve from the street would need to be turned off by the water provider. We did that and contacted S Agentis / Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they sent a service person out immediately. From the time the township turned off the water to the home, the valve was replaced and the water service was turned back on by the township, was less than 2 hours.

I called on a Saturday morning and Martin was there within 2 hours. The office even called use to let us know when he was on his way. Everyone that I dealt with on the phone or in person was super nice and extremely helpful. They did not charge extra for an emergecy call which was a wonderful suprise and he even let me know there was a coupon on Angie's list and saved me $30! I would not hesitate to call them or refer anyone to them in the future. They are the best!
