Installation went well, the assigned plumber was quick and very professional. My only problem was minor and involved scheduling--their office promised to call on the morning services were to be performed, yet they never contacted me. I had to call them back to make sure they were sending someone over. Other than that, no problems. I will use this plumbing service again. Price listed includes labor and the cost of the faucet, minus 40 dollars for using a coupon.

Quote came in lower than several others with a quick turnaround time from approval to installation. They worked around some schedule challenges and came when we could be available. Work was done quickly and looks perfect. Would recommend.

We called Mr. Rooter after the first plumber we called made us wait for hours and then said they couldn't handle the problem. Mr. Rooter was at our house before 4, and we called after 3 on a Friday afternoon. They immediately got to work and quickly and professionally dealt with the problem. They provided us with an estimate, and then let us know about additional charges when they needed to cut into the basement pipes. They detailed their findings on the invoice, which helped us to go back to the original contractor who had caused the problem and ask him to make the situation right. They were extremely skilled, polite, and worked efficiently. They charged what we felt was a very reasonable amount given the prompt and effective repair work. We would absolutely call them for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber himself was professional and completed the job in a reasonable timeframe at a reasonable rate. Zero complaints about him. However, scheduling service from this company is a giant hassle. Given a timeframe of Wednesday with no further specification. Sat around all day to receive a call at 4 that it would be Thursday, "most likely around noon." Decided to do some errands early in the morning and, of course, missed their call at 9:30am. I was given only 10 minutes to respond before they sent the plumber somewhere else. After finally getting the voicemail from my phone 15 minutes after they called, I was informed I'd have to wait until the following week to get service. After much hassle, I was told they'd try and fit me in sometime that day. Forcing me again to have to sit at home with no general idea of when they would arrive. When they had a plumber available at 2, advised to in future tell them "I'd like the first appointment in the morning time slot." Never had this option been made available to me before that.

As always, our water heater decided to start leaking on a Saturday, a holiday weekend, no less. From the initial phone call until the job was completed, nothing but professional and courteous service. We thank Emily for her two phone calls, letting us know when the technician would be here, and again because he was running late. Also a big thank you to Jason P (Squirrel) for his outstanding service in replacing the water heater! He knew we had plans for the evening and got everything done in about 2 hours. Thank you!!!

The provider was friendly and professional. The job was done in two hours. A coupon from their website brought the cost of the job down to just under $900. I also inquired about replacing two outside hose connections and was told it would cost $300 for the first and then $200 for the second. That seemed a bit expensive so we'll do that work ourselves.

They arrived 2 hours after I called and spent a few minutes asking questions and observing the piping layout. They than explained what they would do and the cost. We proceeded and within 20 minutes the pipes were clean and the house plumbing was back in working order.

Mr Roother/ S Agents was great to work with, from the minute we called to get a quote, to when we called back to book, then when they came out to fix it. They even gave us a nudge to where coupons could be found (a $50 one in the phonebook!) They were also significantly cheaper than other quotes we got, even without the coupon. After the work was done, the plumber showed us the clear line via the camera. We were very happy with them and will use them again in the future!

We woke on Monday morning to find that our sewer line had backed up through the basement shower drain. I called Mr. Rooter at about 8 am, and they said they could put me on for a service call between 10 and 2; they called back at 9 and said they could send someone right over, which worked great for me, and the plumber, JP, arrived at 9:30. JP was friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly determined that the clog was between the cleanout near the curb and the street. The clog was tough to get through, but JP was persistent, and used both the spring auger and water jet to cut through the offending debris, inspecting between runs with his camera to make sure he'd gotten it all. He finished by installing a new bronze cap on the cast-iron cleanout pipe to ensure no further debris would get down the pipe. The work came with a 6-month guarantee against re-clogging, and JP even told me there was a $50 coupon in the telephone book I could use. The work took a total of about 2 hours, and was done very thoroughly - all in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again if needed.

The plumber came when only my wife was home. He was punctual, polite, and kind. He performed all the tasks we asked and did not rip us off.

I waited for 2 weeks and called S.Agentis and ask if our estimate was complete. They said they would have something by the end of the following week. I waited 2 more weeks and called S. Agentis and ask them where our estimate was for our bathroom. They told me that he is in his office and will have something for me by the end of the day. The end of the day came and I received no estimate. Not even a phone call from someone to say that we decided not to do your project or we don't have time to do your project. This was very disappointing and upsetting. I hear them advertised on a reputable radio show every morning and have used other advertisers from the radio show in the past with great success. Needless to say,we got someone else to do the bathroom. S Agentis's customer service throughout this process was in the toilet. Thanks for really building our hopes up and then completely letting us down.

I called them on a Wednesday (I think) and they were able to come the next day. I have nothing but good things to say about the service they provided us. They were courteous, professional, helpful, and did a great job. They even stayed after the job was done to answer some unrelated plumbing questions I had. And I saved about $75 over having Home Depot do the installation even though I had bought the water heater from Home Depot.

I have used them in the past to have plumbing work done and a gas line installed to my kitchen... each time they were prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. I called them recently to quote a bathroom remodel. They were honest and forthright with approximate costs. It is more than we can afford at this time. The representative offered some less expensively solutions that did not necessarily mean using them. I trust them and look forward to using them again if we need services

First time customer for them, but they came the same day. They had a new faucet with them and that worked for me.

It was a Sunday and he came out very quickly. The toilet clogged and overflowed and that was the reason I called. While he was here, I asked him about a slow drain (laundry/kitchen line). Even though he had other jobs to do after me, he unclogged that line so he didn't have to charge me for another visit. He was super-fast and thorough. Very personable. Nice guy. He's a keeper. Getting all future business I run into. I highly recommend.

We were in dire need of installing a new kitchen faucet since the old faucet just suddenly broke. After calling many plumbers with no replies, we tried Mr. Rooter Plumbing through Angies List. Within 15 minutes of listing our need, we heard from Mr. Rooter Plumbing. We set a date after our faucet would be delivered. It turned out it was then scheduled to arrive at our house a day earlier and Mr. Rooter Pluming had no issue coming a day early. The work was performed as scheduled and the technician was profession and did a great job. We are very happy and we will use Mr. Rooter in the future. Thank you John.

The gentleman was very friendly and professional. Told me everything he was going to do and did it in a timely manor. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Like I said, it was quite the job. The plumber was super professional, very informative, and thorough. They charged a fair price and were very careful to keep the surrounding floors clean and free from scratches and scuffs. They also were very careful with emptying the water that was still in the drain under the sink.

Excellent. The plumber showed up on time. He found the problem immediately and fixed it in no time. It was a slowly leaking pipe behind the toilet. In less than 2 hours he was done. Excellent. And this was not the first time I have used Mr. Rooter. They really know what they are doing.
