Description of Work: We had a leak in cyberspace. They promptly restored water to most of house. Then scheduled complete repair which included taking out and replacing lavatory floor. Professionally done.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Rooter to check out outside faucets and make sure they were up to par. The serviceman was very honest and efficient. He said they were fine. I also wanted him to take a look at the water softener that was not working properly. He took a look and felt it was better left up to someone that specializes in softeners. He gave me the name of a company that they used and I went from there. This is the second time I used Agentis. The first was for a clog in the pipes. I would highly recommend this company to one and all.

Description of Work: OVER-CHARGED! I was charged over $500 to fix a faucet that was occasionally dripping, a toilet handle not working and another toilet making an odd noise. He said it would take over 2 and 1/2 hours and took less than an 1 and 1/2. Parts were next to nothing. Price way too high for what was done. Also, he put a weird looking handle on the toilet. I do not want them back so will need to find another plumber to replace it. Also, left the bathrooms dirty. I'm concerned that they were rated okay on Angie's List. Thought I could trust it. Hey, but at least I had an Angie's List coupon to bring it to $475. What a rip-off!

I had used the service once before and was very satisfied but this put the cherry on the cake. Use these folks and encourage honesty and consideration!

The staff were very friendly and professional, however, the estimate was significantly higher compared to other local companies. I am sure they do excellent work, but prices for services shockingly high compared to other local plumbers.
