Description of Work: The tech arrived on time - as usual. He's been here before and was just as professional AND friendly. Work was done in a way to minimize cost, but the job was done right. 5-Stars all the way.

Description of Work: We were moving and had closed on our house, but there was a leak from a washer hose. It was the end of a very stressful day, but I called and explained the circumstances and they had a technician to the house within the hour. I was most appreciative!

Description of Work: Sewer line was blocked. Used power equipment to unblock and clear the sewer pipes from house to the street.

Description of Work: pulled 2 toilets to check flange height and installed flange build up kit on 1 of the 2 toilets. This service was done professionally and was excellent overall. |The reason I gave this company a B rating was because the first time I used the company I had a leak that was a result of the work performed on that first occasion. A different technician fixed the leak from the first visit and fully explained what needed to be done to prevent future leaks. I have requested and used the 2nd technician for additional work and I am highly satisfied with his work.

It will last forever. |The workmanship was fantastic, was informed every step of the way. Would definitely call them again, pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Tech only replaced the flapper on the toilet, and then said, because more work was not done, job was "not warranted". I told him I just wanted to flush the thing and make it work. He put in the flapper. I thought this price for such an absolutely trivial item was much too high.

Description of Work: They replaced my outside faucet which had frozen and burst over the winter. |Two workers showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They did a very nice job inside and out. I was quoted a price prior to their arrival and when it came time to pay they suggested I check my phone book for a discount coupon. I received the discount and a few days later I received another coupon in the mail for future work. |
