 + -1 morevery happy, and they are extreme prompt. A technician was at the house 40 minutes after the initial call.
Description of Work: Replaced an outside frost free faucet where the pipe had ruptured due to freezing (as an aside take your hose off in the fall and you will avoid this). The job was more complicated by the fact that the faucet was in a finished basement and not easy to access. This added about 1 hour to a job that should only take about an hour and they didn't charge extra.

We shut off that line and called for help. Agentis sent someone the next morning.. The problem was fixed quickly and professionally. We were very pleased.

 + -1 moreThey were very accommodating concerning coordination of appointment time. They were very polite. They fixed the heater easily and did not hard sell me a new water heater (although they did ask me if I wanted and gave me a price on a new one). Overall, I was happy with the service. I don't know how long the fix will last, but it helped for the time being. The price was a bit high, I thought. It didn't break me though. It was a truck roll as it is called in the business.
Description of Work: Mr. Rooter came out and tightened a leaking valve on my very old water heater. No extra parts were needed.
