He replaced a sink in my home. I really like this plumbing company and they were recommended off of your list. They were really great. Good service, good people and good professionals, and they made things very convenient for me.

I bought a sink from Ikea for my craft room. It has a one piece stainless steel sink and counter. I did not realize when I bought it that the hole for the faucet was not pre-drilled. The old sink had a single bowl and some plastic plumbing. It took several hours for the installation so I think the price was fair. This company has a high rating. I have used them before and I will use them again. The service was professional and the sink looks great.

Excellent! When I called, the receptionist explained in detail how they work, free estimates and the time frame of 12-4:00, etc, and she was very courteous. They would call when he was on his way, which they did. He gave us an estimate (we used our Angie's List coupon) and also suggested the on/off setting which was exactly what we needed. Excellent workmanship at a good price.

We spent approximately $100 for the job. Everything went fine. It was a kind of mystery as to why we weren’t aware of that second septic tank. They found it and took care of it. We would use them again in the future.

The first call was answered promptly and they had someone out that afternoon. This was GREAT, as I had water backing up my basement drains when I used the washer. They arrived as promised within the time frame, and got to work on a nasty job. The guy was very thorough in his explanations, and gave me the estimate. When completed, I was so satisfied that I set up a day for them to come back and take care of some jobs I had been putting off. He arrived early and got to work. He replaced two shutoffs, put a new laundry tap in, and installed a new shutoff underneath where one was lacking. He also replaced a shutoff on the upstairs toilet. I used a printed-out coupon on the bill he gave me and we were done. Plumbing is never painless, but I would definitely use Mr. Rooter of Lehigh Valley again.

We were going to replace the toilet anyway, but our tenant kept using the toilet even though her water had been shut off so we called Mr. Rooter to do the job. I talked to a woman and one of the techs and both were very nice and helpful and gave me the pricing over the phone. Since it is a rental property, they told me they would come between 8 and 12 so I asked to be called before they came so I could drive over there. Scott the plumber called me promptly at 9 and met me there shortly thereafter. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable and most importantly did the work well and for the price they said. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

They do exactly what they say they will and charge you what they quote you originally. If there are any changes they inform you so you can decide whether to procede or not. He was very friendly, profession, polite and worked in a timely manner. By the time he left the line was cleared and we are happy with the results.

The same plumber came and fixed the sink drain pipe in a flash. In both cases he asked if I had any discount coupons after he gave me the cost amount for the job, which is the right way to do business in my book. I am very happy with the quality, price and professionalism of Mr Rooter, and would recommend this company to everyone.

I noticed the clog in the morning and called them shortly after 7am. Fortunately they had someone in the area already, and they were able to get someone over within about a half hour. The work went well, and I'm very pleased with the service.

I've used them for probably 15-20 years and I recommend them to everybody. They are excellent. They don't charge any extra to come out at 2 am. They are wonderful. Steven Agentis is his name. They always give a $40 off coupon to use for the next visit. They have standardized pricing. They have replaced my hot water heaters twice. For small things like the toilet, their prices may be a little bit high, but they come out right away and that has a value to me. They also send the same people who I remember and they remember me; that's also a value to me. They are a family run business so they are very family oriented. Their employees have been there for a long time. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They are first class all the way. Rose in the office is amazing, techs show up and fix what needs to be. They are clean, quick and professional.

All work was performed neatly and flawlessly. My plumber arrived at 9am and departed at 4pm. My house is 110 years old. Last time I attempted similar work myself, I snapped a pipe and had to call an emergency plumber in. I wasn't taking another chance, so I called the plumber in advance this time. My house is a 2-unit, so I can't have the water shut off for extended time. It was worth the money. The price seems a bit high on the surface, but you pay for quality. Mr. Rooter/Agentis was well represented by the gentleman they sent to my house. I will certainly use them again.

Not much to tell, except the plumber was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and cleand up after himself.

I called Agentis at 11:30pm after a slow, but steady drip of water inexplicably started in my brand new home earlier that day, but failed to stop after we thought it was an outside hose issue. Staff was pleasant and they had a plumber from their partner company, Mr. Rooter, at my house the next morning. The gentlemen (Brett) not only figured out where the leak stemmed from, but educated me throughout the process (ended up being a pinhole leak at a nearby kitchen pipe's elbow). He also took care of my request to have one of their carpenters come out to the house to repair the resulting damaged window sill below the leak. He fully disclosed the estimate prior to work ($262 for pipe replacement, drainage and corresponding fixture). I ended up spending the extra money for an external thermal tank on my water heater because (as he kindly acquiesed to my sudden request to also lower my hot water tank temp.) he informed me that the new water heater the prior owners recently put in was not up to local code. He didn't pressure the issue at all. He only gave me the price when I asked. This guy also gave me estimates for unrelated things I asked about (water softener and installantion) - without blinking an eye. He also was courteous enough to ask me if I had any coupons and took the Angie's list coupon for $30 off no problem. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr. Rooter's service person came the day after we called, which was fine because it was not an emergency. The plumber diagnosed the issue and fixed a problem with the toilet and provided us with some consulting on another issue with the tub. We have used this company before and have always been satisfied with their prompt professional service and reasonable pricing.

They were exceedingly good to work with. We were working with a designer from another company, and she coordinated everything. She gave us an idea of how to do it. We sat down with her and the folks from this company, and we worked everything out together. The price was a little high, but they were good.

Never responded to any phone calls or any emails. He came to the job site and took a set of plans for an estimate. Five weeks later I phoned the company and he emailed me back saying that there were other estimates before me. I never heard from him again.
