I'll actually miss them. This is not the cheapest contractor... but their work is great and you will be happy.

Called at 4pm and asked to have someone come take a look and clear it out. John S. showed up with in an hour and did a fabulous job. The operator I talked to on the phone was great too, very friendly! :)

We had used Mr. Rooter in the past to repair another plumbers incompetance. They did an excellent job. So when our pipes started banging everytime we turned off the water, we gave them a call. The serviceman was very prompt and professional. Turned out that one of our pipes just needed to be clamped down as it was hitting the pipe next to it. The serviceman was actually apologetic that he had to charge us for a service call but we were okay with it since we were expecting it to be a larger repair. I highly recommend them for all plumbing issues.

The plumbers were very professional. They wore booties in the house. They did a very good job. They explained the issue to me before fixing it. One of the plumbers went out to his truck to bring me a coupon for the job.

The kitchen sink faucet and the hot water shut off valve developed a leak. I needed to get someone in for repairs, so I decided to check Angie's list. It was my first encounter. I liked what I read and joined on the spot. After reviewing the plumbing contractors, I decided on S. Agentis because the name was familiar, the reviews were positive, and they were close to the work location. When i contacted them, they were courteous, listened to my problem and scheduled the appointment to my request. The price was acceptable so I authorized for the work to be done. I am satisfied with the whole experience.

We called in the morning and the pipe was cleared before 10:30 AM. Our grandaughter had put ant traps in the toilet and the whole house plumbing was backed up very bad. The service person had to take the toilet off and route the drain out a couple of times. We are landlords and have used this company a few times. They always come through. No pun intended.

I was happy with them. This is the second time I have used them. I found them on Angie’s list. I always use the same person and I like what he does. He is honest. They are up front and they tell you how much the work will cost before they do it. I was happy with the whole experience. They have good rating on Angie’s list as well.

Initially, I had a septic backup and called another company to empty the septic tank which I thought was the problem. As it turned out there was a problem with a broken septic pipe. This company referred the issue to a relative who gave me a very high quote which was unsatisfactory to me. Immediately, I joined Angie's list as a result of seeing the ad on TV, which was very helpful in my selection of a company to complete the work required to put the system back in working order and at a price I could financially handle. I had no use of the plumbing facilities as a result of this problem. I called Agentis Mr. Rooter on April 18th and their estimator came out within an hour to go over the problem & to give me an estimate. Their repairmen came on the 19th to replace a broken septic line & found a second problem which required a second crew of repairmen to come out later in the day. All work was completed that day. They did an excellent job, were fair & HONEST with pricing, very professional in job performances and cleanup. I would definitely use or recommend this company very highly in the future. They also offered a $15.00 senior discount as well as had a $30.00 coupon on your site. This leak stumped two different plumbers and a roofer, Thank God it was in a good spot where a bucket could catch the water. Technically I think I did a little more investigating than a customer should, but then again it was a nasty leak. I told the scheduler what I was up against and she immediately put me in touch with her manager. He came out and looked for a good 90 minutes and did not charge me a dime. When the cause was finally found, they came out when they said they would and did a first class job, including cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I checked Angie's List for a plumber. S. Agentis / Mr. Rooter had excellent reviews so I phoned them. Since it was my first time calling, Rose was great and explained everything. We set a convenient time and before Bret arrived, as they said they would, someone called to let me know that he was on the way. Bret arrived on time and he listened to everything that we believed needed attention. He inspected these things then patiently and thoroughly explained what would need to be done and what it would cost. I agreed with the estimate and he got right to work. He made all of the repairs and left both work areas very clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the results and thank Angie's List for helping us find this excellent company.

Went great. He called with a reasonable estimate to unclog and repair (there was an additional valve problem they took care of ) I decided to have the toilet completly replaced to avoid any future problems. The plumber did not push or even suggest this extra work but completed it on that same visit including going out and buying the fixture. Their prices may seem higher than some other plumbing services, but it was worth it to me to have the job completed professionally without my even having to be there. Two years later and no leaks or problems noted. So their price was actually cheaper than having a less quality job done. I would contact this company again in a heartbeat.

Our sewer line clogged the early evening of March 29. I called in the early evening and explained the situation. (We could not use our toilets at all, and could only run water in small amounts. We needed service quickly. The receptionist told me they could have someone come out the morning of the 30th. (Apparently emergency service is not something they offer.) She said that their start time was 8:00 AM. I said we'd like to have someone come as soon after that as possible, and she said she would tell them that. Their guy called -- FINALLY -- at 9:15 AM on Friday morning, 30th. Since he had not shown up by 9:00. I had already called Roto Rooter, and I told the Agentis guy that we did not need him. The Roto Rooter woman said, after I told her the nature of our problem, that they would have someone come out as soon as possible. THEY seem to recognize the seriousness of our problem. I retired from a career in sales and marketing, so, when I do not receive good service from a person or, especially, a company, I feel that it needs to be brought to light. Agentis did not seem to "feel" how serious our problem is, and they made NO -- ZERO -- ZIP -- effort to extend themselves a bit to help us. They may be fine for standard plumbing jobs, but I do not recommend them in the least for any type emergency service. They do not seem to want to put themselves out to help a customer.

They came and did what they were suppose to do and did a good job. I felt their prices were a little high.

Overall, Agentis/Mr. Rooter has been great to work with. If you need them to come out right away, they will. The serviceperson was very forthcoming about what he could and couldn't do. With our sewer work, a specialist was brought in to assist with discovering the issue. With our bathroom plumbing work, the serviceperson explained what was wrong and what he could do to repair it. Even though we thought we would need to replace the toilets, he said it wasn't necessary, that they could both be repaired. (A year later and they are both still working fine.) We inquired about having some renovation work done in the bathroom, and were told what supplier to go to in order to select hardware. We do plan on contacting them in 2012 to have hardware and sinks replaced in both of our bathrooms.

I would definitely recommend them. They were quick, very clean, and very personable. The price was reasonable.
