Called service. Plumber arrived at specified time. Checked toilet for leaks and possible easy fixes. Unable to stop problem. Recommended replacement. Took two days to acquire necessary fixture. Arrived at designated time. Did all necessary work and checked for leaks. Well done.

This repair was an emergency situation and it was handled in an excellent manner. We received helpful information on the phone until the workers arrived. The wait time was minimal and the workers completed the job quickly. Super job!

I am very impressed with the service, quality of work, and overall experience. He took the time to make sure he understood what I wanted then reviewed my options in detail, including price. I also asked some questions regarding possible future work I am considering which he answered in detail. I am pleasantly surprised. He performed the work in a very professional manner and was very neat and clean. I will definately use them in the future and will recommend them with confidence.

TUES - he was on time & very nice. He checked the flange, said it was ok but put a new ring & seal and reset my toilet (cost $160) but unfortunately the next day it was still leaking. THURS - he came out put 2 rings, resealed & reset my toilet - he said the ring settled further down than what he had anticipated (no charge). Unfortunately next morning - still leaking. FRI - I called and made another appt for the following Tues @ 8:30am. TUES - He called me at 8am to tell me there was nothing more he could do & would contact their estimator for a new flange. At this point I was starting to get upset because he was there twice already & then the day he was supposed to come again he called 30 min prior to say there was nothing more he could do. WED- I didn't hear back from anyone so I called the office. They scheduled an estimator to come the next morning. THURS - estimator comes to tell me it will be approximately $2400 to fix (stated entire floor needed to be ripped up, all pipes needed to be replaced, flange replaced, etc - even though the original repairman said the flange was fine). Before he left, he said I would have an estimate that day or the following day. It's been 2 weeks since the estimator was there (3 weeks since the whole issue started) & I haven't received an estimate or a phone call AND MY TOILET IS STILL LEAKING.

A plumber came to the house because the bathtub backed up when the washer ran and the toilet was not flushing well. He snaked the toilet a bit and things seemed to be working but slow. A few days later everything backed up again. I called to complain because it was the second time a plumber had been out to this house and the problem was obviously not fixed. They were very responsive and told me they would not charge me for another call but would continue the service as if they had not left the previous day. Two plumbers came out to the house right away that day and tried to clear the clog but determined that they could not. They came out again the next day and ran some diagnostics on the pipes and figured out the clog was in the pipe that was under the driveway. They came out the very next day and dug up the driveway and cleared out the clog and installed an access pipe and patched up the driveway. It took about 5 hours that day with three guys. Everything is working well now and we thought that for all the work that was done the price was fair. We own rental properties and have used this company 3 or 4 times before this and would use them again.

Joe was young, polite, and had very good customer service skills. It probably took a little over an hour overall and he seemed to be working expeditiously. Communication with company for scheduling was fine, and Joe called about 20-30 minutes before arriving. I though the price was a little steep. I like to use the old-fashioned one-man or family business, but I didn't see any on Angie's list in my area. It seems as though Mr. Rooter has a monopoly here--at least on Angie's list.

The service man who came today was amazing. he spent just as much time educating us as he did fixing the issue. I highly recommend this company. I am not very knowledgeable with plumbing so I asked many questions and our service man was very patient with me. Answering all my concern questions. The work looks great. The original price for the leak fix was 190.00 but with my angies list coupon I only spent 160.00. :)

We had a slow drain that needed to be snaked on a regular basis and, to make it a bigger headache, access to snake it wasn't great. In addition, the house drains had begun to "gurgle" some months ago, indicating a vent problem. There was also a long drain run from the kitchen sinks (double sink) down to the basement (area that needed the updated clean out) that was not up to code; that's being kind... actually, it was a rigged, handyman special. But it worked ... sort of. Wednesday, Jim came out and looked at the job. After discussing possible solutions that would cover the various issues,, he proposed installing a new vented kitchen drain w/dishwasher drain collector, continuing the pipe replacement down to the basement, installing a new clean out in an accessible area, and snaking the drain to improve performance. Due to the nature of the work, he provided an estimate based on time and material, wrote the job description, and before leaving, called in and had a scheduled work date - Tuesday of the following week. Tuesday -- Scott called in the morning to say Chris was on his way. Chris arrived, looked at the job, spoke with Jim on the phone to confirm a couple of details, then got to work. The plumbing "mess" has now been replaced with a new line running from the kitchen sink to the basement drain line, a new, accessible clean out for the future, and a snaked-out drain that's working at optimum efficiency. It looks good, drains as it should, and the gurgle is gone. Also, the cost came in at the low end of the t/m estimate (that's always nice). I would definitely recommend this company, and specifically Jim and Chris. Chris is a personable guy who takes his work seriously, and makes one comfortable while he's on your job. Couldn't be happier.

At 10:00pm Thursday night we noticed a lot of water in our basement and our floor drains were not allowing any water down. We called Mr. Rooter to schedule an appointment on Friday and they were very prompt in their response. We received a call from Scott, their dispatcher, first thing Friday morning and he had a person on their way to the house immediately. Greg arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call and was absolutely wonderful. He was able to find the cause of the clog immediately and was very informative about how it may have happened and what we could do to hopefully prevent it from happening again in the future. We were very impressed how quickly he was able to resolve the issue. While he was quick, he wasn't in a rush and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Customer service was definetely A+++++. He even noticed a coupon magnet that we had on our refrigerator (I got it off of the phonebook) that saved me $40 which was great because it proved to me that they really do care about their customers and not just trying to make an overpriced buck. I have always been very hesitant to use plumbers in the past (due to a bad experience with a different company) but Mr. Rooter has my trust 100+%. They are honest, knowledgable, and definetely fair priced. From now on, if I ever have any plumbing issues I won't be going through the frustration and stress of trying to fix it by myself. Mr. Rooter will be the first and only place I call. Thank you so much Mr. Rooter (and GREG)!

Arrived within an hour of my first call, they examined our water heater (no hot water), found the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Excellent service and pricing was very fair. I would without question use them again for any plumbing issue in the future.

We called Mr. Rooter at 1:45 PM when we discovered a drip from our kitchen cabinets, presumably coming from an upstairs bathroom. A plumber arrived at 3:00 PM, and by 4:30 PM had diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were exremely impressed at how quick they responded, especially considering we were new customers. Although we have yet to gauge the long-term results of their work, based on their responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency, we would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends and family. Price can't be beat either, and they honored the Angie's List discount.

The parts were covered but I had to pay for the labor. They were fair about it. They are pretty reputable and they are pretty good. They are expensive but all plumbers around here are expensive. They are a pretty good company. They are good but it’s not likely that I will use them again. I am going to try to get someone that is less expensive than them.

From first call to dispatch follow-up to on site technician, this company is a beacon of professionalism and expediency. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were nice and courteous and efficient. I had always been leery about hiring a plumber, but this experience has made me a customer for life. Kudos on a job well done!!!

They were very professional with the estimate and very helpful in advising the process. Their employees were very courteous, friendly and always cleaned up everyday. They responded to our needs and have lived up to their guarantee of workmanship since the job has been completed in a promote and efficient manner.

I got them off Angie's List. The workmen were very friendly. They explained everything to me. They were not intimidated by my Rottweiler. They were quick to respond. They were very neat. It was a positive experience, and I haven’t had any trouble with the work they did.

Service arrived within a few hours of my call and promptly replaced the offending valve, which stopped the leak. Several hours afterward, my family noticed a 'Noise" coming from the pipes later in the day ( air in the pipes?). We called to complain and they paid a 2nd visit the following day to make sure it was operating properly. Even though the noise had stopped by then, they still thoroughly checked over to make sure all was well and offered to send a different plumber at another time if we experienced future difficulty.

We were prepared for the worst. Water coming from "we don't know where" through a light fixture had us panicked. Plus it was a Sunday on a holiday weekend! He arrived within an hour of when I called the office and looked at the kitchen leak. He ran the water in the sink upstairs and flushed the toilet. The water didn't increase. So he checked the panel behind the shower and found the culprit. Luckily he had the part in his truck. A couple of hours and he was done. And the amount with my $30 Angie's List coupon was better than reasonable. It was incredible. Chris our plumber was awesome! Very personable and he did an excellent job!!! I completely recommend them! And they will be the first place I call next time I need something for plumbing in the house.
