+ -1 moreDidn't understand where the problem was nor could he seem to get the job done without constantly calling his boss. Terrible experience ... will never do business with this company again.
Description of Work: Service Tech showed up with alcohol on his breath, smelled and was over 3 hours late!

+ -1 moreResponded within 2 hours to give a quote and scheduled repair for next day. Showed up over an hour late on day of repair, did not even clean shoes or remove them after I expressed a need to be careful on the carpet. Reasonably priced although very minor job plumber not courteous, lacked professionalism and did not have best hygiene.
Description of Work: Small leak in water line inside home on first floor. Repaired rusty connectors. Very small job, just uncomfortable to get to, the pipe is located in a tight space behind the water heater tank.

+ 0 moreThey gave me a quote two weeks before and I needed to wait until the rain stopped before they came out, when they did. They dug the hole, clean up the basement removed access dirt and inserted and test the sump pump. Installed and got the piping done and cemented in it, got the exterior piping going outside, all looks sweet! More value to the house and basement.
Description of Work: They came in to do the estimated to install a sump pump, they where very professional and very quick and through while installing the job.The two men did a great job and where able to get the job done in half the time, expected to get it done in.Would I have them come back and do other work for me? Of course, I am calling them tomorrow due to a leaky pipe and can think ofno one else i would count on to assist me without any issue and unprofessional attitude then them.

+ 1 moreIt was very difficult to clear the pipes. They did a great job. It took three hours and two people to do the job. They did an amazing job. They were very professional. They got the job done for what they quoted, and for what they did. I can't say enough about them. They had to go through two or three different connections to get it done by cleaning the pipes.
Description of Work: I hired Roto-Rooter Sewer-Drain Svc about a month ago for plumbing work. They did a very complicated cleaning in my pipes, and there was a leak in my toilet. It was leaking in the first and second floor, and there was blockage in the pipes.
