We switched to Symons after our previous company raised the rates - and left me dissatisfied with the weekly mess they left after picking up my trash. Symons reliably was there week after week - and even when I forgot to put the trash out, they would frequently come back through after a call to their office! That is unexpected and a demonstration to their commitment to customer service. Unfortunately they do not service my new home, but I would go back to use them in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Weekly pickup of our household garbage, and rental of 2 dumpsters.
